Uols nak tanya..phillip island tu berbaloi pergi mcm Gor ke tak? Tgh berkira2 samada pegi GOR aje dah cukup. Sbb both philip island and gor tpt utk menikmati alam semuljadi except dkt philip island dpt tgk penguine parade masa sunset, the noobies (alam semuljadian) and ada choc factory katanya x boleh miss kalau ke Philip Island. Must go visit places ke kalau dah pegi GOR, Philip Island ni boleh skip?
Also, .which one is better...Melbourne Zoo or Maru Kaola Park or Ballarat Wildlife? Maklomla ada kanak2 dlm trip kitorang ni jd sessi mengenal hewan perlu diselitkan juga. Nak pegi 1 aje tempat mengenal haiwan among those places. Which one is recommended?
Ballarat....i terbaca nak masuk sovereign hill museum tu mahai gak membayo per pax. Tp tgk dlm gambo mcm lawa2. Memandangkan bawak segerombolan askar kalau boleh nak prgi tpt2 yg minimum cost or free aje. Dkt Ballarat selain its expensive town museum, mana lg cantik nak pergi? Ke Ballarat boleh skip aje?

just nak tanya, Great Ocean Road (GOR) ni, kalau nak buat aktiviti2 di sana termasuk gi Twelve Apostles, cukup masa ke for one day trip from melbourne?
Atau it's better stay kat GOR for at least 1 night? |

Ko nak drive ke..kalo drive letih sikit kot..ramai je join tours dari melbourne..tapi pegi pagi balik malam..(dari bacaan aku)

Group ko sama la macam aku.ada warga emas, waktu belia dan kekanak.
Aku plan nanti nak bawak gi zoo melbourne tapi yg bahagian Werribee Open zoo. Yg werribee ni zoo macam safari chuols. Naik lori tengok singa

Masuk sabtu dan ahad kanak2 free untuk Zoo Melben.
Satu lagi aku pun tengah pikir nak gi ke taknak Philips. Rasanya aku skip kot. Sebab baje la..lols. Bajet gi GOR je dah rm300 sorang. Aku amek tour je. Tak koser nak drive jauh2. Pastu aku nak gi naik mount buller gak kot..rm300 lagi satu kepala..amek tour..tak berani nak drive jalan licin..ada lagi la kot snow hujung2 tu |

Kitorang decide nak pegi Ballarat Wildlife Park and drop melbourne zoo sbb berdasarkan pembacaan aku...beza zoo dan wildlife sanctuary ni ialah binatang2 dkt zoo dok dlm kandang and wildlife park binatang2nya dibiar bertebaran. Werribee zoo ni mcm menarik la pulak kalau konsep safari. Ok boleh consider... |

Plan asal kitorang sesampainya malam tu terus nak amek keta dkt epot dan drive pegi falls creek. Falls creek lagi 2 jam up north from mt buller and snow paling tebal kat situ. Last year kitorang sampai 1st day br turun snow dah tinggi buku lali....
Tp since apex car rental tutup ard 8pm kitorang hanya boleh amek keta next day...so plan dah bertukar. Tentatively our plan malam tu tido dkt tullamarine. Next morning br drive pegi GOR tp ikot ballarat. 1st pit stop ballarat widlife park. Lps lunch or 3ptg or so...drive pegi port campbell tido sana.
Then next day...appreciating GOR coqstal line...tawaf 12 apostle, london bridge etc and drive sampai Queenscliff cross naik ferry pegi Sorento then to Philip Island.
Next day jalan2 philip island then pegi puffing billy nak merasa steam train then br drive to snowy mountain. Tgh consider samada nak pegi mt bullerr or baw baw or terus ke falls creek. Tido sana 2 mlm then baru balik melbourne city. Another 2 nights utk lepak2 dlm city and balik kl balik....
Tue la tgh pk...philip island better skip ke tak? Tp tingin pulak nak merasa naik ferry dgn keta dkt queenscliff to sorrento tu. Masih berkira2 lagi....baloi ke tak.... |

Wah.thank u. Aku baru tahu ada bellarat wildlife park. Aku dok ingat belarat tu tempat koboi town gold mining je. Yg tempat gold tu entry ticket dekat Aud50..memang aku tak pegi lah..hahahha |

My boy specifically mention nak pegi philip island tu sbb nak tgk race track tu. Aku tataula best sgt ke race track philip island tu...tp for npw philip island ada masuk itinerary. Cuma iols berpk kalau setakat nak enjoy coastal line...GOR alone is enpugh kot? Kekdahnya cantik mcm syurga kawan iols ckp gor tu..tp philip island pon lawo gak katanya....fickle mind... |

Day 2. Melbourne Zoo (public transport).. Petang tak tahu lagi..
Day 3. Mount Buller Tour
Day 4. Tesselaar Tulips Festival, St Kilda Beach, Crown Casino Fire Balls (public transport)
Day 5. Great Ocean Road Tour
Day 6. Round2, shopping. (Public transport)
Day 7: departure. Flight
Day 1, day 3 and day 5 aku plan hire guide. Nanti dia mai bawak van. Trip kali ni ingat nak rilek2 pulak. Dah jenuh aku berjalan naik turun train. Mak ngn parents in law pun kali ni cakap nak rilek2 sikit..so ai pollow..Tengokla camne..kekekek.

GOR tu pun dah bape jam ngadap laut kan..hahah..apalah nasihat aku ni kan.macam group aku kan...aku bukan ape..ada two kids in my groups..cepat bosan kekanak tu..kang aku nak menghayati coastalline, diorang adeee je laaa aksi2..so aku either one
La kot..the penguins tu tahun lepas da tengok kat zoo perth..udah la tu anak2...lols.. |

Based on my reading, puffing billy dah tak jaoh dr tusselar tulips tue....boleh combo visit in 1 day. Tak jaoh as in 30mins away aje kalau tak silap. Tp memandangkan uols dah tak larat naik train boleh le skip....hihi |

Tapi ini steam train best kot...boleh julur2 kaki dkt luar tingkap bcoz that is the way they ride steam train....uols google gambo2 dkt ig...merembas mak budak pon nak julur2 kaki camtu gak....hehe |

Lg pon nak tido port campbell another 2 hrs drive dr ballarat....kol 5 ptg dah gelap waktu daku pegi nanti...so by 3 or so kena gegas cabut dr ballarat |

Dah macam masuk themepark pulak tiket dia..takkan la aku nak tunggu family aku yg 10 orang tu mendulang sampai jumpa gold nugget yg rege aud50 kan..mau berejam diorang mendulang dapat pasir je..lalallalala..apa lagi..skip la.tapi menarik gak la dalam cowboy town tu..its just the ticket tu buat aku "errrr..takpelah" |

Yg buat iols tergudaaaa...selain konsep outdoor museum is the historical and classic buildings dlm tu..nampak mcm best.....plus boleh bergambo sefamily pakai traditional costume zaman gold mining...gown kembang2 tu...ekekek..again...tangkap gambo tu kena bayo additional100aud...lepas tu nak naik tram ke apa pon kena additional charge lagi.mcm zoo negara. Eh.
Selain dr reganya....the whole visit will consume abt 3 to 4 hrs....so between sovereign hill dgn wildlife park...we opt for wildlife park la...bg budak2 tu penat kejo kangaroo and all...cumanya tak sure la wildlife ballarat tu best ke tak...
Btw, kalau nak tgk penguin...st kilda beach pon ada penguin sesat...nak pegi philip island ke tak...nak pegi ke tak..... |

really salute sheols ... berani travel back pack sorg sorg ... mungkin sheols pernah belajar kat UK, that why sheols berani travel sorg sorg oberc ...

kalo drive sendiri ... just travel lite and easy dan leh over night ...
kalo ikut TA ... memang balik hari arrr....
tapi this trip indeed very long and tiring ...
