just nak share testi kat sini.  m taking golf now so hari2 berpanas n tau2 jer lah kalo dah panas mcm skang nie.  sunblock kena top up every 2 hours okey.

i found out tt if i apply detox cream(acne n pimple cream) sebelum pakai sunblock muka tak rasa panas pun.  badan panas tu biasa lah but mmg muka tak rasa panas. then again protection maximum lah pakai detox under sunblock nie.

i recommend this to my fren yg kebetulan ada kedai jual barang2 menunggang kuda n ada horse riding school.  wah apa lagi dia pun ambek all the sunblocks dlm simpanan n sell it to her customers.  as for detox, unfortunately botol besar sumer dah terjual, so she managed to just secure the TP.

detox cream n mineral suncreen, it is a perfect combi!  n sweet16 rubbed all over the hands n feets give the protection needed for yr body.

exactly this heat is going to go on for quite some times hah.  arini ada bacer tt summer might be longer tis year.  aduh mmg tak tahan panas nie.  my detox cream hari2 pakai cos of it cooling factor.  sbb panas sangat allergy pun asyik timbul so acne/detox cream nie lah penyelamat buat kakmin kat sini.

air pun kena minum banyak2 kalo tak mmg dehydrated!
