Bingka Suji




bahan-bahannya:

250 gm suji
220 gm gula putih
180 gm mentega

200 ml susu cair( yg kotak atau pun tin)
5 biji  telur
1 liter air
1/8 garam
1/4 pewarna kuning

Gaul semua bahan hingga rata masak sebentar aas api biar naik wap.Bakar dalam 45 ke 1 jam

2 days ago I buat strawberry squares.  Next time kena letak lebih sikit strawberry jam sebab everyone wants the part yang ada jam.  

My question, ada ke cara nak jadikan squares tu lembap sikit?  I use 3 eggs and followed the recipe to the dot.  Tapi rasa macam kering sikit squares tu.  If guna condensed milk how much to use and kena kurangkan gula ke?  My hubby tak suka kalau manis sangat.

saya penah wat resepi neh...mmg kering squares tuh...

second time buat...saya tmbh susu..bg cair/lembut sket adunan mcm kek tuh...pastu br ok squares saya

Julia tambah susu apa and how much?   

I'm going to try again this Friday untuk my son's khatam Quran hari Sabtu ni.  Takut terlebih susu nanti jadi ntah apa-apa pulak.  Nak buat yang lain memang tak larat la kot banyak kerja lain.

I've got it.  I letak 2 tablespoon condensed milk.  The strawberry squares were perfect and just nice tak kering and berderai.  Everyone was impressed!    And ramai lah yang nak recipe.

Babaru ni buat Bingka Suji..ikut resepi Chef Norzailina , masa membakar tu sedap je bau dia.....tapi kita ekjas skit tak letak air pandan, just letak vanilla.

yesterday chemp buat resipi Puan Norzailina n....guna santan tin ayam brand....
personally i think sedap lagi kalau pakai brand Knorr.....

sedap ke santan dalam tin tuh??
dulu saya pun penah guna santan tuh..
guna utk wat gulai..and you know what happen???
my gulai trus out!tak sedap langsung..
so sejak haritu tak guna dah santan tin..prefer santan kotak..

masa class masak guru-guru ni guna yang dalam tin saja, ok juga tapi agak cair.

semalam buat kek suji, cilok resepi dari blog rinnchan. sedap gak kek ni w/pon tak letak kismis



ni resepi dia

KEK SUJI KISMIS

Bahan2:
250gm majerin/planta
250gm gula caster ( I used 200gm only)
150ml susu segar
100gm tepung suji/semolina
50gm kismis hitam
250gm tepung gandum
1 sudu teh baking powder
200gm telur (6 biji telur gred C), (I used 5 eggs only)
*Added 1 teaspn vanilla essence


Cara2:
1. Rendam tepung suji dan kismis dalam susu selama 1 jam.
2. Putar majerin dan gula caster hingga kembang.
3. Masukkan telur satu persatu, sambil terus diputar.
4. Masukkan rendaman tepung suji, tepung gandum & baking powder yg telah diayak.
5. Bakar pada suhu 160 darj cel atau hingga masak selama 1 jam.
