kalau 2-2 orang amik.. incase jadik pape kat sorg.. yg sorg lg tuh.. kena bayar 50% kan?...

mcm saya combine ngan kakak, tp MRTA tu atas saya...sebab kalao umo muda charge dia murah sket....bese la insuran kan macam tu..lagi tua lagi mahal kena bayo...(ishhhh..mcm la yg muda lambat mati kan...)
yg pasal 50% tu tatau plak.. may b juju ble jawap. |

my 1st house - 2 nama- so dua2 ambil MRTA under MNI but this one if anything happened to us - my husband punya portion will settle the loan amount & my portion will convert to life insurance which my kids will get the money equivalent with the loan amount of that house.
if not mistaken kalau ambil MRTA - from bank - if anything happen to ur husband, then u need to pay 50% loan to the bank. Let say your monthly instalment RM1K, then u need to pay RM500
Better took from insurance company for MRTA which can converterd to life insurance |

so, kalau rumah tuh nama my hubby, mrta tuh boleh buat nama i.. coz i lebih muda?..
& kalau amik atas nama i sorg jer... kalau paper jd kat husband i.. effect dia cemana?...
or sumthing happen to me.. pe lak yg jadi?
& kalau amik yg version insuran dgn mni tuh.. harga dia mahal dr bank biasa?

untuk rumah - better letak 2 nama. If anything happened senang nak bagi 2 which consider as harta sepencarian.
Untuk loan rumah lak - if letak nama ur husband, the ur husband yg kena bayar MRTA . Ur nama additional for MRTA - not necessary. So kalau MRTA nak guna ur name, make sure home loan pun under ur name.
Kalau ambil atas nama u sahaja...if anything happened to ur husband...yet you still pay the same amount for your monthly instalment.But if anything happened to u - then ur husband need to pay 50% only coz 1/2 payment already covered by MRTA
Tujuan MRTA nie untuk meringankan beban salah satu pihak jika berlaku sesuatu kejadian yg tidak diingini.
So far MNI punya calculation untuk MRTA sama je - lagi tinggi usia u - the lagi mahal MRTA nie tapi MRTA nie hanya bayar sekali seumur hidup....bukan tiap2 tahun |

MRTA nie kalau kita jual rumah tu - boleh claim balik duit MRTA.

Kecik dah keje dah kat 3 thn tp dah 3 kali tukar keje la... yg skrang nie dah nak kat sethn dah... teringin la jugak nak beli umah time muda2 nie.... Kalau beli umah harga dlm 150K, agak2 nya berapa monthly yek???
