nak tanya sikit...boleh tak cream puff ni dibuat malam untuk dijadikan sarapan pada esok pagi...Masih OK ker ia ni....atau dah kurang sedap....Kalau nak dikira makcik2 yg jual kat pasar tu tak kan dia bangun kul 3.00 pagi nak buat cream puff...betul tak...

dah bakar puff tuu sejukkan then simpan dlm bekas kedap udara..
esok pagi just bubuh inti je..

arini sy try buat pastry choux semula setelah 15 thn x cuba. sy mmg sukakan pastry choux ni semasa belajar disekolah dahulu. especially eclairs.   tp sygnya tak jadi la buat ari ni   sbb x ingat kena sejukkan dulu dohnya baru bakar. sy buat tak tutup api lps tu plak x bg sejuk dulu terus je bakar...   ruginya sy rasa buat 2 adunan lak tuh.   geram tul sampai kena perli dgn suami sy sbb tak jd

Ni la gamba pastry choux ku yg x jadi.. kecik jer Ni hasil yg  pertama terpaksa bakar selama 40 minit baru dia masak.


Ni gambar yg dah siap letak custard dgn coklat sekali. . Anak dara ku tlg letakkan coklat kat atas jd comot.

kenapa org buat cam senang jek cream puff ni tapi bila I try buat tak jadi langsung???

the mixture end up keras and I guess as much mesti tak jadi ni coz ada s/thing wrong with the mixture.. tgk gambar korang cam lembik je mixture tu, but mine keras.. I guna resepi sunsuria.. I bakar 1 batch then the rest buang masuk tong sampah

ni resepi sunsuria..

Cream Puff

Pastry:-
250 ml air
125 gm butter
150 gm tepung gandum
sedikit garam
sedikit gula
4 biji telur
sedikit vanilla paste


resepi ni dah ok... takde masalah dengan resepi ni,, mungkin cara airis buat kot..
tanjung selalu buat camni..
panaskan air dalam stainless steel bowl, masukkan butter, garam.
dah start mendidih, masukkan tepung dan terus gaul sehingga
tak ada langsung yg melekat kat mangkuk..
tunggu sejuk dulu dlm 5 minit..
pukul telur dimangkuk lain,
mix adunan tepung tadi, masukkan telur sedikit demi sedikit..
saya tak masuk gula dan vanilla.. kalo ikut resepi bdi atas mesti lebih sedap..

paipkan adunan dan bakar guna api atas bawah 210C 45 minit.

kalau yg calimero wat tu nama dia Eclaires....inti whipped krim and topped with chocolate.....

kalau cream puff biasa org buh inti kastad.....kastad jagung ke....tp..cara2 nak wat cream puff or eclaires sama je...bahan2 pon sama je..cumer beza inti jer.... , kalau ada sapa2 yg leh tambah..or betul kan...tolong la yer......

ni plak cream puff saya....tp yg ni blom letak inti.....
