Chiffon pisang


Banana Chiffon Cake

Bahan-bahannya.

A
7 biji putih telur
3 oz gula halus
1 sudu teh cream of tartar

B
7 biji Kuning telur
4 oz gula halus
7 oz tepung naik sendiri
3 oz minyak masak
3 oz Air
1 sudu teh baking powder
1 sudu teh garam
2 sudu besar serbuk santan
2 bijik pisang (yg Besar)


Caranya:
1) pukul bahan A sampai bertanduk (jangan letak gula berlebihan nanti putih telur susah nak ringan)Ketepikan.
2) Pukul semua bahan B kecuali tepung naik sendiri.selepas semua sebati masukan tepung dan pukul lagi,lepastu masukkan kedalam adunan A sedikit demi sedikit sambil dikacau perlahan guna spatula satu arah sahaja.
masukan dalam loyang berlubang dan bakar 140'csampai masak

Nota: semasa mengacau pastikan
1.Kacau perlahan dengan satu arah
2.Pastikan semua putih telur tergaul kalau tidak bila kita masak ada ketulan putih jadi bila kita potong kek tu jadi tak halus dan tak cantik

kek chiffon ku tengah lam oven...huhu...tak sabar nak tengok hasilnya jap lagik. kalau jadi leh tempek di sini. kalau tak jadi...kena terus cuba dan cuba dan cuba....

nak tanya skit...naper kek chiffon ku merekah di atas? naik cantik tp merekah. pastu, bila potong kek tu, cam ada satu line yg padat dan tak gebu di tengah kek.

selalu adik buat kek chiffon guna resepi ni... resepi family...... hasilnya not bad. yg penting putih telur tu jangan kena air dan pukul hingga kembang (bila bekas tu diterbalikkan adunan putih telur tak jatuh).
