On April 20, a representative states that the contracts that BEAST, as well as Jang Hyunseung, have with CUBE Entertainment will all be up for renewal at the end of October. This issue is currently under discussion, and is the most urgent and significant matter for BEAST, at the moment.
The second most important matter for the members is their impending military enlistment. For some of the members as well as Jang Hyunseung, the age they must go to the army quickly approaches, causing a situation where the team’s image and potential promotions will have no choice but to change.
The representative says, “We think that for now everything needs to be open, and thought about,” expressing that they are looking for the most rational choice that will be benefit BEAST, Jang Hyunseung, and the agency itself.
For now, BEAST plans on releasing a new album sometime this year, and Jang Hyunseung is preparing as a solo artist under Cube Entertainment. He previously released a solo album, preluding his career as a solo artist. Member Yong Junhyung is also planning to release a solo track.
Meanwhile, BEAST has promoted for the last eight years with the same members since their debut in 2009. With Jang Hyunseung’s leave, the group will promote with the remaining five members moving forward.

B2ST are making plans to return as a five-member group this summer.
On May 3, Cube Entertainment addressed reports about their comeback, stating, “It’s true that B2ST are preparing to make a comeback with this summer in mind. Though they’re recording and getting their album ready, a detailed schedule has not been set.”
It was previously reported B2ST had wrapped up recording their upcoming title track.
In other news, B2ST have a Japanese tour coming up in June, while memberJunhyung is holding his first solo concert ’Yong Junhyung - 1st Mini Live’ on May 6.
The ’Wedding Boys’ stole hearts of married couples on ’Infinity Challenge’!
Three teams performed for the May 14th’s episode of the ‘Infinity Challenge’ wedding singers special. Jung Jun Ha’s team of musical actors sang Elvis Presley’s “Can’t Stop Falling in Love” and earned 134 votes. Park Myung Soo sang with Jang Bum Joon and earned 118 votes.
However, while the first two teams did great, hearts were stolen by the Wedding Boys - made up of Kwanghee, B2ST’s Doojoon, CNBLUE’sYonghwa, and actor Lee Joon. The team is made up of Kwanghee’s best friends, and they sang Bruno Mars’ “Marry You” and Lee So Ra’s “Proposal”.
So far, they gathered the most points with 167 votes.

Doojoon has received an offer to play in SBS’s upcoming drama ‘Second to Last Love (끝에서 두 번째 사랑)’ with Kim Hee-ae & Ji Jin-hee. According to CUBE Entertainment, he is currently reviewing it.
‘Second To Last Love' will be a remake of Fuji TV’s Japanese drama ‘Saigo Kara Nibanme no Koi’ (2012) and is expected to premiere in July following ‘Beautiful Gong Shim’.

According to reports, Doojoon was offered one of the main roles in the upcoming SBS drama ’Second to Last Love’. However, he rejected the offer due to B2ST’s busy schedule.
This summer is going to be a hectic one for BEAST as they plan to release a new album and to promote in Japan.

B2ST got together for the July issue of ’Ceci’ magazine, talking about why they appreciate their fans’ love, what kind of husbands they want to be, and more!
The new, 5-member B2ST first addressed being at the top of their industry, with leader Doojoon saying, “We’re not at the top yet, we’re still climbing. More like the foothills. To go up higher with more effort, we’ve equipped ourselves well.”
And what kind of husbands and fathers do B2ST want to be? Kikwanganswered, “I think I’ll be a father who’s good at playing with the kids, like soccer.” Yoseob said, “I’ll be a husband who returns home early each night!”while Junhyung wants to be a “Rich husband! I want to be a husband who doesn’t let his wife envy other wives’ possessions.”
On getting used to love from their fan club B2uty, Junhyung stated, “We’ve never gotten used to it. Every time, their love amazes us.
