dia punya shipping terms xclear so iols tanya la mcm2
sbb gaya dia reply myb akan delay dpt brg
so iols pon tanya la kalo lambt brp lama, dia akan inform semula ke, tracking no (ada yg xkasi ok!)
pastu lama2 dia ala2 sentap sbb iols tanya byk sgt

iols buat part time online seller..dan selalunya iols akan bagi details include harga untuk tatapan custmer iols tak kira la kat IG or FB. Siap bg no whatsapp lg untuk memudhkn cstmer contact. Dan iols tak suka pm2 ni..susah..nak bg detail brg kat cstmr pn ssh..

Tp skg ni mslhnya custmer pulak suka main pm2...dah bagi harga kat detail barang pun lagi mau tanya harga berapa..ada jugak custmer jenis mcm ni yang jenis malas nak scroll.dah ape cerita plak custmer jenis tu? Lagi satu iols amalkan konsep reply whtsapp custmer secepat mungkin..dan takkan blue tick semata2..klu bz sgt pn iols akn ckp iols tgh bz dan akan bagitau custmer iols akan rply skjap lg utk bg detail..

Dan kalau contoh iols bercuti dan takde urusan jual beli pada tarikh sekian2 pun iols akan maklum siap2 di FB or IG iols..untuk memudahkn custmer..dan supaya custmer faham iols tgh bercuti..tapi alhamdulilah setakat ni custmer ok dengan layanan iols semua ckp puas hati..Tracking tak pernah lupa sentiasa update personal to custmer bukan update through FB or IG..

Pendapat iols la kan seller tak patut amal konsep hilang sorang custmer tak rugi..mind set iols setiap satu custmer itu adalah prospek dan aset..so iols akan sedaya upya bagi layanan terbaik untuk custmer..maybe ramai online seller tak letak diri pada situasi custmer kot..dan tak banyakkan membaca ilmu sebagai seller ni..kadang seronok jumpa macam2 kerenah custmer..tapi situ la kena pandai main peranan dan everyday is a learning process...

Tapi bagus jugak baca pendapat2 forumer kat sini pasal ketidakpuasan hati tentang seller lain..so iols bolehla amik iktibar dan ilmu..

customer tu mabuk tuak ke ape? "pakaian dah cantik, bahasa tak cantik". jadah ape dia ni? bahasa sape yg tak cantik sekarang ni? geram plak baca. dgn typing yg entah ape2 tu.

biasanya seller2 IG mmg amik masa nak reply..
macam laku sangat produk diorg..
selalu kalau comment kat ig pun haram dibalasnya...

kadang2 sbnrnya sakit gak hati ...
dah inform kita ni nak beli ..pun x direplynya jugak...

Kalau reply within 24jam aku ok lagi.. Sbb kdg2 orang meniaga online ni sbg kerja part time je. Nak layan anak2 lagi. Kalau nak cepat, better pergi kedai. Cash and Carry gitu.

Tapi ade skali tu seller reply lepas seminggu dgn ayat "nak beli ke?". Koser sgt nak layan
