kalu rebus sampai betul2 empuk, mmg mudah tertanggal isi dr tulang tu, lurut dgn tangan jer tanggal la
dlm sejam stengah-2 jam, tambah air 2,3 kali jugak utk dpt jadi empuk gitu kalu xde pressure cooker
air rebusan yg tinggal sikiiiitttt tu jgn buang taww, simpan dlm freezer, itulah chicken stock yg paling pure, segala jenama kiub ayam di dunia xleh lawan punya
