He was pictured two days ago, attending brunei national day celebration. He looks okay but there was something not right with the sultan. SB looks too old, wrinkly and of course looking unhealthy

he is 70 kan, sultan2 kita baru 40-60 dah tak segak.. SB ni slim fit lagi..
