pisang tu biasanya pisang pulau. puaang yg biasa dimkn menrah atau buat cekodok
buang kn kulit luarnya
potongn anggaran 1/2". rendam dlm air garam.
nangka biasanya yg bersaiz mcm betil hawaii tu. buang kulit. potong kcik. rendam air gram.

Cakap pasai pucuk inai...i x plak makan buat ulam..tapi lepas berpantang...my mum rebus pucuk inai suruh minum...mak aih jenuh nak abiskan secawan. |
