Campak-Campak Bahan Dah Siap, Senangnya Nak Masak Ayam Cili Kering Ala Cina Musl

Jika berkunjung ke restoran Cina Muslim, kebiasaannya antara menu istimewa yang wajib dicuba adalah hidangan Ayam Masak Cili Kering.


Lauk yang satu ini memang lain daripada masakan biasa kerana rasanya yang masam, manis dan pedas.  Memang sesuai sangat dijadikan hidangan untuk berbuka puasa. Mesti terangkat!


Tapi mesti ada yang tertanya-tanya bagaimana agaknya cara nak memasaknya sendiri di rumah kan? Bolehlah tunjuk hebat memasak di depan keluarga nanti. Nah, kami kongsikan resipi Ayam Cili Kering stail Cina Muslim paling simple buat anda.

Bahan-Bahan:
Bawang merah - mayang dan potong besar (2 versi)
Bawang putih - mayang
Lada besar 1 biji - mayang
Cili padi 3 biji - mayang
Cili kering 10 tangkai - potong kecik kecik
Daun kari
Sos cili, sos tomato dan sos tiram
Paste asam jawa
Tepung gandum
Telur

Cara-cara
1) Ayam dipotong kecil atau besar terpulang kepada citarasa masing-masing. Basuh ayam dengan air garam, celup dalam telur dan tepung. Goreng.





2) Tumis cili kering dan daun kari sampai garing.




3) Masukkan bawang merah, bawang putih, cili padi dan lada besar.




4) Letak semua sos tadi secukupnya mengikut kuantiti ayam dan masukkan sedikit air.




5) Biar sedikit pekat. Masukkan pes asam jawa dan gula serta garam secukup rasa.



6) Masukkan ayam goreng tepung tadi dan gaul hingga sebati. Siap!
