6 khasiat timun untuk kesihatan

Bukan setakat ulam je, timun memang banyak khasiat. Korang pun tahu, timun juga digunakan untuk kulit wajah yang cantik. Bukan itu sahaja, masih banyak khasiat timun yang korang kena tahu. Jom baca dekat bawah ni

1. Kurus

Nak cepat kurus, kena makan timun. Sebab? Timun kalori sangat rendah dan tinggi kandungan air. Selain itu, timun boleh menyelesaikan masalah sembelit. Timun juga bantu mengurangkan paras kolestrol.

2. Rambut

Ya, timun membuatkan rambut tumbuh dengan sihat kerana ia mengandungi silicon dan sulfur.

3. Gusi dan gigi

Minum jus timun untuk korang yang ada maslaah gigi dan gusi.

4. Mata

mata tidak sigat, letih dan bengkak? Korang ambil timun dan potong, lepastu letak dekat mata. Timun ada anti-inflamasi dan boleh mengurangkan bengkak pada mata.

5. Sistem penghadaman

Kalau korang pedih ulu hati, gastrik dan ada masalah ulser keasidan, minum je jus timun , insyaallah membantu mengurangkan sakit korang. Sebab? Kandungan air yang tinggi dalam timunbantu mengurangkan toksin dari sistem penghadaman.

6. Kulit

Sudah pasti ramai yang tahu, masker yang dihasilkan dari timun boleh mengatasi masalah ketegangan kulit. Kandungan air yang tinggi, ada vitamin A,B ,C dan mineral tertentu seperti magnesium, silica menjadikan timun bagus untuk kulit.

sya dlm seminggu 3x minum jus campuran timun + epal hijau + peria katak
so far xde masalah apa2..ok jerk

How to make a cucumber hair mask?

1. Ingredients:

1/4 cup of olive oil
2 tbsp. of mayonnaise
1 whole egg
1/2 chopped and peeled cucumbers

2. Procedure:

1) The combination of mayonnaise, olive oil, and egg with the cucumber for making a hair mask, is effective in encouraging hair growth. Other ingredients are excellent sources of vitamins that help treat hair loss and make your hair smooth and shiny.
2) Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend thoroughly. You can also use a food processor to achieve this. If you do not have a blender or a food processor, macerate (mash) the ingredients until they are completely blended into a thick paste.
3) Place the mask or mixture on your hair evenly.
4) Put your hair up and cover it with a plastic shower cap or bag. This heats up the mixture.
5) Allow the mask to absorb into your hair and scalp for 30 minutes. The longer you leave it, the better the results.
6) Rinse your hair with cool water. Comb your hair using a wide-tooth comb, and you will see the difference - smooth, shiny, and manageable hair.
7) Do this twice a month to achieve excellent results.

sikit kat hujung timun tu dan tenyeh sampai
keluar getah timun..

pas tu dia sapu getah tu kat muka..

Conditioner cucumber


1. Ingredients:

1 tbsp. of olive oil
1 egg
1 quarter of peeled cucumber


2. Procedure:

1) Blend all the ingredients using a blender or a food processor. Wait until they are blended smoothly and thoroughly.
2) Apply the mixture to your hair and leave it on for 15 minutes.
3) Rinse your hair thoroughly.
4) Do this procedure once monthly.

Haah tp doesn't mean tak boleh mkn. Sama mcm betik, labu, tembikai, etc kategori makanan sejuk berair ni kena makan bkn masa perut kosong and jgn makan selalu, tu je. Timun mmg byk khasiat. I paling suka timun jepun. Crunchy and manis2 rasa die
