Tak obese lagi. Kalo boleh x nak la obese.  Huhu. Btw tq so much unt tips. U so sweet.. Wekend ni nak pi beli oat..

my frens tahun ni ramai yg join program tuk kurus. ada coach yg guide. alhamdulillah, seme looking good.

u can do it too tt. yg susah, masa awal2 ni je. once dah get used to it, easy peasy je. hehe.

Diet yang terbaik ialah yang kau boleh konsisten..sama gak exercise..

Sebulan 2 memang xnampak sangat..

Kena konsisten at least 6 bulan utk nampak hasil..

Kalau dapat buat 2 tahun n jadikan gaya hidup paling terbaik lah..

read a few komen.. yap betul gula adlh penghalang untuk diet... klu mkn or minum brnda bgula kita akan craving makanan lagi dan lagi dan lagi... emmm mcmtu juga makanan pedas even kata utk bakar lemak dlm perut tp nnti bg rs nk minum manis.. apapon tabik pada mereka yg dpt mnguruskan badan secara sihat tnpa ubat kurus...

Sama la kita chuols. Tinggi i 154cm, berat sebelum ni 48kg, tapi sekarang dah turun 45kg lepas bulan puasa haritu.
Tapi i sejenis yang tang perut, peha dan bontot besar.
Zaman study dulu i pernah 41kg, masatu i umpama zombie takder isi langsung.
Zaman dah kerja ni, dah asyik duduk menghadap pc jer 8 jam, abis segala lemak kat peha dan bontot membiak.

Kalau boleh, elakkan berat/ scale dijadikan sebagai indikator/ alat pengukur kejayaan mencapai body goal. Memang boleh cepat rasa demotivated bila lambat nampak hasil. Lagi pulak dengar orang lain turun berkilo-kilo, kita sekilo pun susah.

Cuba fokus pada fat loss instead of weight loss. Insya Allah, xdelah cepat sangat give up.











So, let say berat x turun/ maintain tapi badan rasa slimmer n susut, baju seluar lama zaman purbakala dah muat pakai, then just keep going k. Ada progress la tu.

betul tu.. bila timbang hari2 terus badmood, hilang semangat..

sekarang kalau naik penimbang memang terus demotivated
tapi ignore je yg penimbang tu
fokus kan rasa badan makin kurus dan makin sihat
sambil tu terus makan sikit2
sebelum ni mmg makan banyak
