My current hair care.....

1. Shampoo dove pink salt with micellar water.. yes i sukaaa... dah 3 hari pakai kulit kepala no longer oily, mt hair no longer dry

2. Hairmask coconut... i pakai kat hujung2 je sbb conditioner dah abes nak kena beli lah..  hairmask pakai seminggu sekali sebenarnya...

3. Scalp tonic the ordinary.... ok la.. pakai bila teringat.. makin banyak baby hair, and tebal2 each hair tu naik

4. Extra light olive oil i... i mix dengan essential oil supaya wangi semerbak.... this oil is sooo multipurpose... i beli 500 ml, and i letak dlm botol2 kecik utk senang letak tepi katil, bawak travel.. sesuai utk moisturize hair, body, massage oil, blowjob husband... sbb oil ni edible kan... siap ada frankincense mixing beauty with pleasure, literally

Lupa tambah... currently im using essential oil mix of geranium,  frankincense, lavender, kalo ada myrrh i will use it tp dah habis myrhh so pakai 3 tu je la dulu

ada cara yang berkesan untuk rambut started to berkurang?...saya dengar makan brazil nut berkesan sebab high selenium contents

Combine la HJ BJ sis... bila pakai minyak ni dia jadi emulsion lagiiii nikmat husband ckp... and oil ni dia wangi and edible.... anti cancer lg sbb ada frankincense

Semalam ada sale gila2 kat Caring Pharmacy brand EUCERIN sahaja.... since i dgn husband pengguna tegar face wash EUCERIN pro-acne, iols borong la terus 4 botol 400 ml (big size) tu.... harga biasa RM78.80, sale semalam RM45 jahhhhh....  and body lotion tu RM30 jeeee.... and disebabkan pembelian exceed RM180, dpt pulak free gift 5 items dengan Baucer RM30 (laku di mana2 sahaja termasuk guardian, caring atau watson)

tips no 4 tu menarik... blh try utk bj biasa i guna baby oil ja waktu period..
dolu2 dlm pantang cpt la minyak ni habis...

Utk dye rambut, i cuma blh pakai hair dye yg ni saja from watson..sesekali bila angin nak tukar warna rambut..
I allergic not only to ammonia, but also Paraphenylenediamine (PPD) yang mostly ada dlm permanent hair dye.. Dulu i cari yg ammonia free, tp scalp i gatal and bengkak. ada rashes kt leher etc..bila jumpa dermatologist, dia inform actually PPD tu yg ramai allergic. Bila i buat research and baca ingredients, i try guna hair dye ni.. Mmg sesuai dgn i and no more allergic.. Harga pun murah ja..selalu watson buat sale..buy 1 free 1..rege sekotak rm29.90 kalo x silap.

owhhh thanks for your feedback.. bleh tengok this hair color.. i rasa sebulan dua lagi berbaloi la i nak color rambut DIY....

Tadi singgah watson... dove micellar ada sale rm20 untuk 2 botol mix shampoo conditiiner assorted tak kira jenis ape, as long as brand dove tu.. tp dia limit 6 bottle per customer.. sedeh cepat sold out i sempat grab 4 botol je

bubblegum is already reasonable and proper... salun2 lain mengarut sahaja...

i pernah pergi guinot and strips.. salun tu proper tp mahall laa bagi i.. kawan2 i suka guinot sbb dia buat keje bersih dan lajuuu.... tp guinot KLCC dah tutup.. sedeyyyy... bubblegum femes sbb reasonable and professional.. jeles sgt kawan2 i amek pakej bubblegum sbb convenient for them...

untuk kening i go for benefit lah.. i suka natural look dia.. tp ni dah 6 bulan tak waxing kening

topic yg evergreen.. tak pernah boring. suka baca org2 lain share skin/body care routine kat sini.
i plan nanti nk incorporate yg Olay regenerist night cream and extra light olive oil to the routine macam yg tt share. mmg tgh cari night cream since yg TBS punya now nak habis dah. tapi tak nak break the pocket jugak ofcos. hahaha

nk share jgk my routine:

AM :  Cosrx Salicylic Acid cleanser - somebyMi aha/bha/pha toner - TO azelaic acid - TBS  drops of light essence - Biore bright milk spf50 sunblock

make up : dah setahun i tak guna any foundation/bb cream/powder yet still nk nampak kemas, just pakai brow liner & burt's bees lip balm. kalau rasa aritu extra special sikit, baru pakai lip matte. ada colleagues yg notice the difference - kulit jadi nampak cerah n nampak healthy/radiant sejak tak mekap.

PM : Senka Milk Cleanser - Cosrx salicylic cleanser - toner - TO retinol in 0.2%squalane / kdg alternate ngan TO aha bha  +lactic acid / alternate ngan TO niacinamide - TBS oils of life revitalizing face cream. Weekend - guna TBS chinese ginseng & rice face mask.

Body : BBW shower gel & lotion - Home made body scrub (sugar + honey + halia) - rendam kaki ngan peppermint epsom salt homemade beli online tuk remove dead skin cells & bacterias

Hair : Herbal Essences Shea Butter + Loreal Extraordinary Oil yg pink + Safi Shayla hair mist yg pink (wangi 24jam) masa MCO haritu baru diy hair color guna Garnier -Medium Brown.

Spa : Last body spa was lepas bersalin in 2016. facial was last year. rasa cam tak perlu sgt pun kalau dah maintain rutin kt rumah. cuma pegi kalau nk treat diri sekali sekala je.

Supplement: maintain amik ACV before bed + The Jamu once every 3 days tuk dalaman + Flavettes Vit C selang 2 hari + nature's way fish oil.


dedulu penuh skincare & makeup items kt dresser. dah over 30s nie nak keep skincare items powerful and simple je, tak pening kepala tgk barang byk2 and membazir.

iols dulu mmg slalu buat jgk kat kedai indians tapi tulah kedai tu nak kena ke jln tar belah2 situ. malassss...thanks for the suggestion...mcm pernah dgr kedai ni. tingkat 2 rasanya member pernah pegi try jgk.
