MBPJ? Year by year their customer service is getting worse. Application for advertisement permit for such, terlampau teruk. Person in charge selalu keluar makan, Biarkan client menunggu. Printer selalu rosak to print out the permit.
Tak customer service oriented. PR hauk.
I have made an official suggestions, tapi rasanya suggestions form public is just for syarat only.
Who ever pernah berurusan dengan MBPJ, I think faham... |

dekat surat copy pemaju kalau letak nama pengadu memang salah la.
kalau ni surat copy pengadu, aku rasa pengadu yang dedahkan diri sendiri |
