laaa..bwh 50 tu kira kurus laa..
tp ada jugak tengok org kurus tp perut buncit..
kena lbih kan bersenam utk kempiskan perut tu..
search kat youtube ada jerk senaman utk kempiskan perut
jd kena la rajin2 bersenam
bersenam kena jdkan rutin harian..x lama sekejap pun wajib tauuu kalau nak menten

exercise dan start makan ikut keperluan kalori.
benda ni tak cepat kesan tapi ia lebih membantu disiplin dan motivasi jangka panjang kalau bebetul bertedkad

i personally dont go for cream thsi and that sebab takutlah benda ni  yg tak diuji secara klinikal yg ketat.

umur makin meningkat metabolism makin slow... akan senang naik berat badan semua,  pastu susah giler nak turun compare waktu muda remaja dulu... just senaman joging 30 min tiap kali balik keja pun dah buleh mantap balik badan... single kan buleh la buat masa untuk senaman...
