Plan nak sahur nasik ayam,..tapi tak termasak,recycle lauk diner sup ayam campur macaroni,kurma sebijik dua,air kosong,non sugar coffee supaya x mengantuk lpas sahur

Untuk budak,dh request nak tambah ciken nugget,susu cekelat...layankan je la

Iols plan nak masak gulai kuning ikan tongkol balik karang, so sahur nanti kasi perangat je. Buh kacang buncis dlm gulai, pastu buat sambal belacan. Huhuhuuu. Kena bgn sahur, matilah kalau x bangun kebuluree..

Buka puasa, tahun ni iols meniaga kat bazaar so mkn apa yg ada je la kot..tgk keadaan cengganer. Takpun beli murtabak je dah cukup.

Telur dinasihatkan kurangkan.. Kolesterol tinggi..ambil 2biji sehari kalo bersama telur kuning, kalo telur putih -unlimited

Buka xtahu nak makan apa.. Malas nak masak beriya..berbuka secara sederhana.. Hujung minggu baru gigih buat nasi ayam kalau RAJIN.. Guna resepi @lazim

Kolesterol tinggi so nak ambil peluang masa puasa untuk atur makanan..makan oat,berry,low fat milk etc..  Berat dah ok..

boleh kot.
dah 2 bulan pun i buat.
sehari makan 2 meal jer - bfast n dinner.

breakfast mkn oat, dinner makan cabbage scramble egg.
cuma tu la kekadang kekawan ajak bfast,
bila petang rasa nak mengunyah makan crackers dgn peanut butter.
memang lari la diet.

okies wana

btw i ada baca mat saleh buat keto diet,
makan telur sehari lebih 5 biji, berbelas biji pun ada, with yolk.
bila check cholestrol, normal jer.
actually telur ada banyak cholestrol baik (HDL), dari cholestrol jahat (LDL)
