Insan buntu Nak mintak tipsss____

Hai..  assalammualaikum..

Sy berumur awal 30an... sejak masuk umur 30.. makin susah nak tidur malam. Act dr zaman 20an, sy mmg ada masalah untk tidur. Tp takde lah seteruk ni. Dulu dlm sminggu boleh lah tidur 3,4 malam tanpa terjaga. Tp sejak masuk umur 30 ni, makin susah nak tidur. Kadang2 kalau tidur pukul 10 mlm, pukul 2pagi mesti terjaga, sudah nya smpi keesok kan hari pn tak tidur2. Pernah tak tidur berhari2.

Btw Sy seorg surirumah, sy tak ada masalah ape2.. sy tak stress, sy tak ada pikir apa2 and so on.  Sy cuma lalui hidup sy mcm biasa. Kadang2 sy penat tapi tetap tak boleh tidur. Macam skrg, sy mengantuk tp mata tetap tak boleh nak lelap. Sy dah penat sgt

Ada tak petua yg boleh kongsi kan??

P/s : dulu kalau tak boleh tidur, biasa nya sy ambil ubat tidur. Tp since ada anak2, sy tak ambil ubat tidur dah.

Layan youtube.. search mathematics lecture.
Cari lecturer yg tua, pakai blackboard, download lecture yg 2 jam keatas. Pastu layan..

TT anak kecil ke? Minum chamomile tea. Set bilik dgn bauan lavendar. Kurangkan pengambilan caffein. Bersenam sebelum tido. Tapi memang bila dah masuk 30 ni, 4-5jam tido pun dah mencukupi. Dapat baring relax2 pun dah cukup seronok.

ade org yg x perlu tido 7, 8 jam. 4 jam tido pon dah boleh function dgn baik.

Rasanya bila ada anak kecik ni memang natural x boleh tido lena. Lagi2 anak demam. Instinct ibu tu. Sama macam saya dulu. Sekarang anak dah 2 masih kecik lagi. Tido memang masa x tentu. Dan saya sendiri x reti tido siang. Anak tido, saya mampu rehat badan je.

Ha ah. Td anak sy tidur, niat nak tidur skali tapi tetiba rasa mcm ada bende nak buat. Hehhe siang tak tidur takpe lg. Tp bila mlm yg menjadi masalah nyaa. Boring dan bosan. Huhuhu
