hurmmm minum 8 gelas sehari tu orang kata mitos
asalkan korang minum air yg bersih sudaaaaa
janji korang sihat sebab 8 gelas sehari tu tak relevant lagi nak guna
ye ah berat orang lain2 jadi kuantiti air yg dorang kena minum pun lain2

tips yg xbley sgt diguna pakai hohohohohohoh
minum air tu kena ikut berat badan lah kalau mcm ak air tiap2 hari 2-3L

part tu jek paling ak malas, yg lain okay jeer ... kalau tak nak tnggu lelama jerang air,

Bukanlah sgt susah tu nak jerang air, setiap pagi pun aku letak air dlm cerek utk jerang, sambil menyediakan makanan utk sarapan pagi, bukannya ambil byk masa tu keke.

Aku x minum guna gelas, terus guna water dispenser utk isi dlm tupperware saje, biasanya pergi kerja guna 1.5L tupperware boleh habis minum lah, agaknya sama dgn 6 gelas air 1.5L tu.

Tapi ada masanya ku mau lebih pantas utk bancuh kopi kerana mau tidur lebih lama, malas utk gi kerja hahaha, jadi terus saja ambil air panas dari dispenser sudah boleh lah, sambil makan roti saja 5 min sudah siap makan sarapan, nanti masih mau jam 30 min baru sampai office aih...

haha, i rasa makan pedas tu xleh lah. Sbbkan makanan pedas biasanya lemak pon banyak . Mcm korean spicy noodle , pedas gila ,lemak pon banyak gile.

Tapi air dari dispenser tu sihat ke utk diminum buat masa yg lama? Kerana ku takut ada bau yg mcm2 seperti bau besi disebabkan oleh komponen dlm dispenser tu, nanti ada masalah pula terhadap kesihatan jika diminum utk masa yg panjang.

X perlu takut lah tentang masalah ni, ku pakai punya water dispenser dari coway punya, jenama yg mmg terkenal dari Korea dan sudah dieksport ke merata2 tempat kat Asia ni. Tapi jenama yg lain ku brp pastilah, x dpt jamin yg mrk x guna benda yg berbahaya atau tosik utk buat dispenser mrk kakaka.

kalau letak gula, hilang khasiat green tea tu bila masa nak kuruihhh hahahahahah..
tapi i pun suka jugak minum greentea boh susu pekat lagi lah tak mau kuruiihhhhh..
pegi sushi king minum green tea dia, balik tu memang dok dalam tandas sajeeeee..

boleh lah sebab tidur pun kalori boleh dibakar cuma tak byk macam kita exercise..kalau kawan u suka makan lepas tu tido, mana nak kurus hahahahahah
sekarang nak kurus, jaga pemakanan jer jgn minum air manis2..

Cukup tidur, dengan terlebih tido kena bezakan...ha..ha...cukup tidur tu maksudnya kita lebih cergas untuk melakukan aktiviti...so metabolisma rate kita akan lebih tinggi..berbeza dengan yang terlebih tido..tu di panggil berhibernasi tu...metabolisma akan jadi rendah sbb kurang aktiviti...

hahahahhaah betul3x!!!! skarang lamba sikit je orang boleh jadi pemarah haahahah.disebab kan ak srg yg bkn penyabar, kkak ak belikan water purifier yg coway tu letak kat dapur .
ak picit je button air panas, maka air panas keluar ak pun tak payah byk bunyi nak masak air.

Boleh membantu..tapi kena minum 30 minutes before meal...baru je baca tadi ada satu kajian yang di lakukan terhadap 50 subject yang obes..diorang di berikan air masak 30 minit sebelum setiap meal selama 8 minggu..kebanyakannya mengalami penurunan berat badan selepas 8 minggu...Iols nak start amalkan...berjaya ke idok tak tau la...
