Sbb siasatan belum habis, mana boleh terus jatuh hukum. Sebab tu suruh dicuri kan dulu sementara tggu siasatan. So dia xdpt nak buat kesalahan tu lgi.

Itu lah, mmg gomen ni susah sgat nak buang pekerja walaupon mmg sial dan bermasalah. Lepastu menyusahkan org lain sbb xdpt isi kekosongan. Mmg sial betul sistem sebegini.

Masyaallah, i thought im alone. Cuma they are more lucky maybe. And my situation was different

And yes it happened during my orthopedic posting too. And that guy was the same race! After my incindent, what pushed me to report to my boss was because one of my friend kena raba by the same person.

What surprised me, after my report, there was a person in the administration who tried to investigate this matter. Found out that the sexual harassment issue has been long there in that department. Those medical officers always targeted single houseman, and they even shared the girl around among them. But sad enough, the person who investigated this was removed from the admin, back to his old department.

Im under psychiatric follow up. Alhamdulillah lucky enough my psychiatrist do help me a lot. I was absent from work past few days, was unable to cope with the work. Bad thing is whenever i stressed out, those bad memories will come out. I cant even bring myself to go out from my house. This thing happened quite many times to me. I have gone through 3 departments already for my housemanship, currently on my 4th posting. I thought i can be strong, to work like usual. But i failed to do so

Only mak knows what has happened to me, itupun lambat. I told her about 3-4 months after the incidence. She initially thought it was only sexual harrasment, raba-raba je. But when i showed her the police report, she can only cry and hug me. We agree to never let abah knows, sebab abah saya seorang pemarah, im sure he will hit and blame me first coz i didnt protect myself properly

I can only pray. I keep on praying. Mintak allah kuatkan semangat.
But im not that strong. Banyak kali jadi, i woke up early in the morning, prepared to go to work, dah siap solat, pakai baju semua, all of sudden terduduk, couldnt describe the feeling. Everything is messy inside my head.

most of the time, sexual harassment at workplace isn't about sex. it's about power. pelaku dpt kepuasan sbb dia tahu dia boleh terlepas dgn kuasa dan kedudukannya. kalau langgan pelacur mana nak dpt thrill.

kalau korang rasa pelik kenapa staff lelaki pun dicabul, pernah baca tak kes pelakon Terry Crews? Pelakon badan sado dan dah kawen, mendedahkan dia pernah dicabul oleh seorg big boss company perfileman di khalayak ramai, depan wife dia sundirik. Boss tu bukan gay pun, tp dia rasa dia berkuasa sgt sampai entitled utk sesuka hati meramas penis Terry sambil buat lawak racist.

paksa housemen serve alcohol kat juling neh dah macam satu ritual
yang OKT tuh orang yang sama badan besar mata juling tuh..
apak dia benta umngok mmg ada power la(tapi dah arwah tahun lepas)
polisi pun celaka dah buat report tahun lepas sampai skrg still no action

harap-harap KKM dedah habis semua neh. Jangan dah setel wat lek je

babi sangat ok sex predator ni...  mangsa sangat la...  kalo sorang, yes...  ni kalo dah berlambak2 police report, grievance and all atas diri ko, mangsa kejadahnya lagi...

pastu siap nasihat jangan buat camtu kat future teacher...  cikgu takkan buat camtu la lahanat!!!...  celaka seh jantan babi camni...  dia yang celaka, perempuan yang jadi mangsa...  pastu nanti perempuan jugak yang kena hina segala...

Hospital Sg. Buloh with Dato' Zamyn as the Orthopaedic HOD has his own reputation. People talk many bad things about him. But all those talk was wrong.  Dato' Zamyn is like a godfather to us. He has his ways to train and guide us, not only academically but also in term of personal development. He imparted his knowledge, he asked us to examine cases in front of him. He put us under stress, but this stress keep us on our feet at all time.
