Resign/Stay?

Hi,
kalau korang keje dekat company yang tak bagi increment /bonus korang stay ke resign?


Baru join nak masuk setahun, orang2 lama (paling lama 5 tahun) bagitahu company ni tak ada kenaikan gaji apatah lagi bonus.

cari kerja baru dulu, rancang dlu, pastu baru blah, kena timing yg bagus utk blah, cadangan aku blah ajer

dalam masa 19 tahun aku bekerja, aku dh keja dengan 12 company. paling lama aku keja kat satu company - 4 thn. paling sekejap - 1 bln. aku harap aku akan pencen la kat company yg aku keje sekarang ni, dah tua, susah nak carik keja dah

kalau dah terang2 company mmg takde increment & bonus, baik carik company lain yg lagi better. tapi jangan la resign dulu, kalau ada yg panggil interview, pegi je, tgk environment, tgk office culture dia camner. tak semestinya co. yg kecik ni x bagus, kdg co. yg kecik ni la yg jg staff dia elok2. boleh bagi bonus byk. ko relax2 je cari keja lain, at the same time, gain experience kat co. sekarang tu.  all the best!

kalau dah dapat kerja lain cabut je
tapi kalau belum, stay dulu ..skrg susah dapat kerja
ekonomi malaysia tengah merudum

Laki aku xde increment pn still keje lg kt situ. Xtau dah nk nasihat cemana. Risau pulak pikir sbb nanti kalau baby dh kua cemana la dgn gaji dia xsampai 2k pn sebulan. Blm tolak lg tu itu ini.

masa interview dulu tak tanya ke company policy on bonus/ increment?
if confirm tak ada, then u cari la kerja lain tapi jangan berhenti dulu..
or cukupkan setahun lebih kat situ..
kalau keje kejap-kejap pun tak cantik cv u nanti..
so bila dapat interview kerja lain, sila tanya pasal bonus and increment..
tak salah pun u tanya..
kalau benefits new company bagi pun tak cantik, up to u nak terima offer atau tak nak..

Tanya sis..katanya ikut perfomance.tapi bila masuk senior bgtau company dah lama tak bagi increment.sejak sy masuk aritu mmg duk tgk org resign aje.keje sini ekceli ok, cuma tu je la

Company ada hantar staff pergi kursus,ambil sijil professional mana2 tak?..kalau takde, better cari kerja lain tapi stay je la sampai dapat...

takde ke risik-risik kat hr betul ke takde increment and bonus..
coz bila dorang cakap ikut performance, tu macam subjective..
or staff yang u tanya tu tak perform

Rasa mcm stress jgk kan pikir kewangan ni. Iols keje jgk, tp takdelahh besor mana gaji tu. Nk berhenti kerja syg sbb tgl lagi 13 tahun je nk pencen.
