15 pusingan tu dah cukup bagus Sarah. ...slowly..berat kita takkan turun dengan mudah dan badan kita takkan hilang lemak dengan cepat.....Sarah cuba berterusan ..tengok dlm 6 bulan. .insya Allah ada perubahan nanti. ..cuma mlm lepas 8.30mlm Sarah jangan makan dah....
