Laaa.. aku dgr org dok gossip kata si attacker tu kena buang keje..
so xbetul la kot..
tapi kdg2 geng2 ni bila berpangkat sikit jer, mmg mulut puake..
agaknya ada yg dicakap sampai mengundang tetakan kot..
ade je dulu geng2 ni yg aku pernah kenal kerjanya menghina org lain je..hina agama org..hina kesusahan org.. padahal baru pangkat asst manager jer..

Great place to work for family-man, except for a few but-s
The good things
Only working on regular weekdays, and having a flexible in-out time. If you have to send your children to school in the morning, worry not because you will have so much time to clock in before 9.30 a.m. And so, you need to go home a bit late. However, if you compare this working hours time, it is a bit longer than other companies which is 9 hours 40 minute (with break time for only 50 minutes). You will get average pay, compare to other pharmaceutical companies. However, you will get bonus twice a year, end of Feb and Nov, with increment of salary every April. Seniors would tell you that before this time, the bonus you get was almost 3-months-bonus every year, but lesser nowadays.
The challenges
HR is quite a mess if you can't handle it well. Based on my observation, management didn't really take care of good, insight staff but used to reward more on those who are really not worth it. Good people usually resign in a regular basis, but those who are not worthy are given with higher position. I am just being pity to my colleagues. But truly to be honest, luckily I got a good boss of mine. Thanks boss, you rock!

bukan makcik bawang.. pembantu makmal tu yang berimaginasi akak tu bercakap2 dgn dia...
pada masa yang sama ada hati dgn another kerani.. kerani tu tak layan jadi bunuh akak kerani tu sbb dia ' terdengar' akak tu bercerita hal dia...
pembantu makmal ada history penagih dadah...
kebanyakan penagih dadah mmg berilusi tinggi... saraf otak tak bersambung/ rosak kerana dadah...
tak pasal2 akak tu kena fitnah

B.Braun ni salah satu MNC yg sgt menjaga pekerja.. Setiap bulan cucu owner akan dtg pantau kilang..tekanan mmg kurang sbb jenis relax.. Compare kat intel mmg ang akan rasa stress lepak intel even cafe intel bombastik ala2 mcm cafe hotel..
Tapi personally aku suka kerja kat hello moto.. Sana mmg heaven on earth gitu. |
