Ramai pasni cona frm.china beli dan dok situ. Lelama jd warganegara pulak. Ni yg jd kt spore. Ada udang sebalik mi ni. Gone eng nk tambah penduduk utk offset majoriti melayu. Takse nya govt bole pantau developers yg jual unit rm 600k ni utk buat unit2 utk melayu2 kurang mampu. Sbnrnya gomen PH ni perangai typical zmn atok kutty iaitu selamatkan kroni2 org kaya. Jgn mudah tertipu dgn PH yg dah terbukti tak untungkan org melayu . Ni agenda halus gone eng nk tambah warga cina di malaysia

Eh kalu rumah 600k Tak terjual Tak jadi problem pada marhein.

Problemnya pada apekputra2 bodoh meniaga gulung tikar.

Dan itu yg sepatutnya berlaku. Bodoh menega, pegi mampos. Bawak grab.

Developer lebih efisien dgn produk pasaran mampu beli akan masuk.ganti tempat apekputra bangang tadi.

Bukan mcm apa Guanjeng bangang buat. Apekputra2 bodoh menega? Takpa. Gomen tolong.

Aku Rasa turun atau Tak turun Tak dtg kebaikan atau keburukan pada rakyat....sebab benda tu terserga ...

Mestilah ada kesan. Harga rumah ditentukan oleh supply dan demand. Kalau demand rendah atau supply tinggi, harga rumah turun. Kalau rumah tu tak terjual, maknanya demand rendah, supply tinggi. Jadi pemaju kena lah turunkan harga supaya rumah tu terjual. Rakyat boleh lah beli dengan harga lebih murah. Sepatutnya biarkan saja jadi macam tu. Bukan buka pasaran lagi meluas untuk orang asing pulak beli

Patutnya kerajaan tolong rakyat miliki rumah.. bukannya tolong foreigners ... patutnya harga rumah diturunkan utk bantu org mesia sendiri beli rumah.... kalau ya pon bn salah allow developer bina rumah mahal2.. tapi ini bukan solution kot... mcm mana harga rumah nk turun kalau ada ja yg mampu beli..in.this case foreigners....

mana statistik yg kata rumah mewah tu byk dibina zaman umno & kerajaan negeri umno? bak mai sini nak tengok

kalau existing stock mmg byk dpd zaman umno knp zaman ph incoming supply utk properties tu maintain je incomingnya? (ni ikut sumber dpd rehda, napic ye bkn sumber air liur menteri2 ph)

homes during the period between 2010 to 2018 was in 2012 with a 16% rise, while detached homes saw the highest growth in 2013 with a 13.8% growth.

In 2017, high-rise homes saw a 5.1% rise in price while detached homes saw a 4.3% hike. Nevertheless, overall, Malaysia’s house prices continue to rise and show no sign of decreasing as the 2018 MHPI stood at 193.3 points, up by 3.1 points against 2017, according to the National Property Information Centre's Property Market Report 2018 which was launched today.

The states of Johor and Selangor led the pack with house prices increasing by 5.6% and 3.3% respectively in 2018. Residential property prices in major states for 2018 showed positive movements across the board. States such as Kuala Lumpur and Penang saw house prices increase by 0.2 and 0.6% respectively.

Terraced homes drove the overall MHPI growth in 2018 at 6.4%, followed by semi-detached homes at 2%.
