Nurses Quit En Masse From Russia’s Top Coronavirus Hospital: Reports
Nurses have quit en masse from Russia’s top coronavirus hospital in Moscow over poor working conditions and low wages, the investigative news website Open Media reported Monday.
A former nurse who said she quit the Kommunarka hospital after almost two months told the outlet that more than a dozen nursing staff had left in that period. They reportedly quit because they were denied clean protective gear, food and adequate accommodations, and were not paid bonuses promised by President Vladimir Putin.

MORE evidence smoking may cut the risk of coronavirus: Review of 28 studies shows number of smokers among hospitalised patients is 'lower than expected' as expert admits the mounting findings are 'weird'
https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news ... t-admits-weird.html
Nicotine is a nonselective agonist of the α7Ach receptor and is able to suppress the production of proinflammatory cytokines by mimicking the binding of acetylcholine. It has been demonstrated that nicotine can selectively reduce the inflammatory response in a number of infection scenarios, including Legionella pneumophila (54) and Chlamydia pneumoniae (55) infection; however, it is highly unlikely that nicotine will ever be used clinically due to its toxicity, addictive nature, and lack of specificity.
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3592351/
All the research I've seen indicates it's the nicotine, not the coating effect of the other chemicals. Viruses are smaller than a bit of tar, after all, but nicotine interacts at the cellular level and, from my understanding, basically takes up the space that other chemicals would otherwise occupy, preventing the cytokine storm from happening.
Basically, being a smoker doesn't mean you don't get it; it just means it isn't as likely to kill you because nicotine is helping to regulate your immune response.

Anyway, I stumbled across this interview by Dr Judy Mikovits* (imprisoned for being a whistle-blower on the industry) and she's approaching it from a very similar perspective- that it's the interplay between being immunocompromised from vaccines combined with the SarsCov-2 virus that actually gives rise to the condition known as COVID-19.
She states that you're 36% more likely to get the coronavirus if you've had the flu shot. Well worth the time to watch imo:
https://youtu.be/X8rbY7ampII
*Dr. Mikovits is a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from George Washington University and Postdoctoral Scholar in Molecular Virology at the Laboratory of Genomic Diversity, National Cancer Institute. She led the Antiviral Mechanism Labs at the National Cancer Institute in Frederick, Maryland where she developed purification methods for Interferon alpha. She worked at Upjohn Pharmaceuticals in Kalamazoo Michigan developing production methods to ensure biological materials manufactured using human blood products were free of contamination from HIV-1. |

Arthritis drug shows early promise in severe COVID-19 cases: study
PARIS, FRANCE -- The arthritis drug tocilizumab has shown early promise in preventing extreme inflammation in gravely ill COVID-19 patients, according to a French clinical study.
The treatment, which suppresses the body's natural immune response, was found to reduce the number of deaths or life support interventions compared with a control group of patients.

Almost all Guinea Bissau gov is infected including PM and Health minister!
Korea now seems to think the so-called "re-infections" it found are actually just false positives. A lot of smart epidemiologists thought this was likely the case all along, so not a huge surprise, but passing this along for people who freaked out earlier.

Third of UK Covid-19 patients taken to hospital die, study finds
A third of patients admitted to hospital in the UK with Covid-19 are dying, according to a major study whose authors said the observed death rates put the illness on a par with Ebola.
The study tracked the outcomes of nearly 17,000 patients – around one-third of all those admitted to hospital in the UK – and found that 33% had died, 49% were discharged and 17% were still receiving treatment after two weeks.
