Aries, yang resepi BWY tu shida rasa ok le bagi shida pasal dia tak manis sangat. tapi make sure guna butter dlm peti ais, guna air ais & simpan doh dlm peti ais. ari tu shida buat guna marjerin tak simpan dlm peti ais & kendian doh simpan sat je dlm peti ais. pas tu pastry dia tak rapuh sangat.

Assalamualaikum,

Semalam ada try buat tat telur ni, tapi ada kemusykilan sikit lah..
nape intinya bila tgh masak dia naik mengelembung, tapi bila dikeluarkan tetiba dia surut je sampai melengkung ke dalam..tak cantik dan
tak rata mcm kawan-kawan kat sini buat ... ada sapa-sapa boleh

sue, shida tak kira le berapa costnya lagi. macam buah tu, payah gak nak kira berapa kos pasal grape pun pakai 1/2 biji. 1 biji kiwi boleh dapat 7 slices. peach tu dlm 1 tin ada banyak slices. nak kira, sepupu dah ngap.

nanti shida buat calculation ye.

tart ni saiz besar. saiznya sama dengan saiz egg tart yang biasa jual kat bakery tu. last saturday ada buat yang mini. guna petitin buat kuih raya tu.

Ni resepi Fruit Tart yang shida buat semalam

Short Crust Dough

200gm tepung
100gm butter (sejuk)
50gm gula icing
50gm ground almond
1 biji telur
secubit garam

Caranya:
1. Satukan tepung, gula icing, ground almond & garam
2. Potong kecil-kecil butter
3. Masukkan butter dalam tepung & gunakan teknik gaul ramas sehingga menjadi serbuk roti
4. Pukul telur dengan garfu & masukkan telur ke dalam adunan tepung
5. Gaulkan dan betukkan menjadi doh
6. Bungkus dalam cling film dan sejukkan dalam peti ais sekurang-kurangnya 1 jam

Ini adalah resepi asas untuk buat pastry. Boleh guna untuk egg tart, blueberry cheese tart dsb.

Resepi ni, pastry dia rapuh, wangi & tak manis. Wangi sebab ada ground almond.

larling, kastadnya tu mesti ada bahan basic le. sukatan semuanya agak-agak je . tak sukat pun. hari tu shida pakai fresh milk. campur tepung kastad, gula & sedikit je garam.

kena masak le sayang. kalo tak cam ne nak pekat. tapi tepung kastad jangan le banyak. nanti jadi puding pulak.

key, meh shida bagi tahu.

fresh milk dlm 500ml
gula dlm 4 atau 5 sudu. ikut suka le nak manis cam ne
secubit garam
tepung kastad dlm 3 atau 4 sudu.

pas tu kacau atas api sehingga pekat.

TART SWISS HAZEL





DOH
160g butter
80g gula castor
1 st vanilla esen
sedikit garam
1/2 biji telur
250gm tepung gandum

Cara:
1. Pukul butter bersama gula, esen vanilla, garam sehingga lembut (sekejap sahaja)
2. Masukkan telur dan kacau sehingga sebati
3. Masukkan tepung dan uli adunan sehingga menjadi doh. Kalau doh lembek, taruk tepung sedikit-sedikit. Doh sepatutnya lembut.
4. Tekan doh pada acuan tart. Masukkan inti kacang hazel dan bakar pada suhu 175C selama 20 hingga 25 minit. Atau sehingga masak.

INTI KACANG HAZEL
125gm butter
100gm gula castor
2 biji telur
125gm serbuk kacang hazel
25gm tepung gandum

Cara:
1. Pukul butter dengan gula hingga kembang
2. Masukkan telur & pukul
3. Masukkan serbuk kacang hazel dan tepung gandum. Kacau sebati.


* Kacang hazel boleh tukar kepada walnut atau almond. Yang shida buat hari tu gunakan campuran walnut & almond.
