Tart nenas guna resepi nuds..lengkali mmg kene kurangkan gula sbb rasa manis..


dapat buat tart telur..aceli nak gak buat tart blueberry tapi acuan tart yg kenit2 tu takde lg..huhuhu

    rajinnya ko ni kod.. mcm2 ko buat.. 2 weeks ago ada gak aku buat cheese tart, sampai ambik cuti nak buat.. sebab leceh la buat tart kenit2 nih.. aku buat kul 9, kul 12 baru siap.. maklum la buat sorang2.. tak terbukak hati nak suruh bibik buat aku buat tu pun sebab ada wedding cousin aku.. kerna terpaksa la kiranya coz mak aku kata mcm tak cukup kuih kat kg hahahaha

td aku jenuh lee carik casing saiz 5...rupanya 5.25....besau sgtt....tak jd...terus amik saiz 4.5...tambah stok shell...

menyelerakan betul tengok tart2 tu semua..

Haku dah beberapa kali buat cheese tart ni cuma ada beberapa masalah je

a)permukaan cheese tart haku selalu tak 'licin' dan 'gebu' seperti cheese tart yang korang buat. Nak buatkan atas cheese tu licin, kena lebihkan mentega atau cheese?

b)The, korang guna apa untuk buat swirl kat atas tu? Blueberry filling ke atau just letak pewarna sebab kalau letak filling, mesti berketul2 kan?

Hope otai2 tartlet sudi jawab. Thanks

for b.  lebih prefer pakai blueberry jam (hari tu pakai st dalfour) dan tapis untuk tidak berketul (if sayang, press dengan sudu or kisar)........... pernah cuba pakai blueberry filling untuk cheesecake; tak sedap..............

most probably filling yang chemp beli tu banyak tepung dan kurang gula.............
forumners sini ada juga yang pakai filling.......... should be ok, ikut rasa sorang-sorang.............

for a.  untuk cheese yang smooth, mix or process dulu cheese tu sampai betul-betul smooth (better keluarkan dari fridge like 30 minutes sebelum digunakan), then baru gaul telur...... kalau gaul telur lama-lama, cheese tu nanti boleh mengelembung dan retak.............
