mine is Nike Lunarfly training shoes, beli di kedai bundle sahaja..hehe..but still in good conditi ...

owhh ok...sbb zumba tu ingat nak buat kat umah je.kalo exercise kat umah bukan dekat karpet tapi atas tikar sarawak..timbul2 tu.kalo buat zumba mau tersagat kulit jari kaki ngan sakit belakang .alangkah buat belly dancing ngan pilates pon dah buruk kulit kaki ku

hehe.. any training shoes will do..asalkan serap hentakan, hari itu i buat zumba kat rumah nenek (lantai papan) konon taknak bunyi kuat jadi pakai kasut vibram toe shoes tu sekali sakit lutut 2 hari sbb tak serap hentakan byk

kat kedai2 yang i selalu pegi tak pernah jumpa lagi. tgk online dalam 80-100 USD.. so i expect will have to fork out around RM 500 lah termasuk shipping

this is a warm up movement, the one i like to start with sebab i love this song
helps me get into the mood
and it's frontal video so boleh nampak jelas movement beliau
and pergerakan dia simple dan mudah diikut

rosse dah buat last yr & berjaya turun 13kg dlm masa kurang drp 3 bulan & maintain sampai skrg ... pd sesapa yg nak buat atkins kena dapatkan sebyk mungkin info dulu psl diet nih ... jgn cuba2 buat sbb org lain berjaya buat ... kena pahamkan betul2 apa itu atkins, gd luck!

for those yg nk try atkins, bole refer www.atkins.com. byk panduan dlm tuh...klu yg baru brmula, go for induction phase...only 20g per day...eat protein n believe it or not...please eat good fats!

dont give up...mcm2 faktor yg mmpengaruhi brt kita...but watch what u eat...calories in < calories outs
