how about for ppl yg tak tdo malam atau tdo pukul 3 4 pagi?
sbb skang ni musim exam..mmg slalunye tdo lambat n kdg2 smpai ke subuh..
sbb mcm smlm,missy makan ayam bakar + sup sayur at 7pm..
n then tak makan ape2 kecuali minum 2 L air kosong + 1 cwn green tea..
tak tdo..so at 7am i da lapa..n i makan telur sparuh msk + roti sekeping..
pas makan of course la da lapa sbb i tak tdo kan,so i ended tdo pas "bfast" tu..
mcmane kalau mcmtu plak?
tp kalau the whole nite tu kite duduk je kat meja study..bole consider as active ke? :stp: |

rasanya tak de la, manis. tak pe...baca pelan2..tak faham words, mesti guna dictionary ya. boleh belajar sekali. i ni pun selalu refer the dictionary eventhough i teach english sometimes. |

yela u dah susut dr berat final peknenka?Dah berapa kg yela lost weight? mmm besnya tgk org kurus nikan..me nak kurus bercinta..sbb tak kuat smgt dan tak displin..stkt bule displin 1-2 hari..kemudian dah tak tahan mula nak follow my normal routine(makan apa sahaja..janji happy!)..lagi satu me ni mmg very passionate fasal makanan..tu yg payah nak susut tu..hehhehehe |

ya allah pandainye yela buat cheese cake siap dgn decoration lagi...kat mana yela dapat resepi tu? harus belajar ni dgn yela..yela u aim nak susunkan berapa kgs lagi? tinggi u berapa?kalu me 155cm ni elok berat berapa ye? kene 45kgs ke? |

hi! i nak susut ke 52-54kg. ada lagi 4-6 kg to go nih! kiranya i dah lost 17.4 kg.my height is 164cm. i rasa for ur height shld be around 45 -48 kg la kot.
recipe cheesecake tu dpt kat board food n recipes. deco tu gi belajar kat bwy...i byk buat cupcakes, dari situ la i practise. |

hehehhe..me pun very passionate abt food! mmg suka sgt makan! esp dessert...suka! but mmg i control makan..if not i rasa i mmg jadi besar!!
i now nak try herbalife dgn ffl...amik herbalife ni pasal ada org kata leh kurangkan pigmentation kat muka. so i nak try. sambil2 tu dpt lose weight, dialu2kan. but i will only take it for dinner. bfast and lunch ikut ffl. kita see how it goes. nanti i update kat sini. |

yela..i kena buat balik ffl...tapi lapar je perut nih!!!!!! my height is same as urs tapi berat sekarang 67kg!!!!! kena turun samapi 54kg! tension la!! |

hehehhe....mmg torture!!! kena turun bayam..i ni at 58kg pun rasa cam tak larat! i pun nk sampai ke 52-54kg. masalahnya tak dak exercise. kena patutntya...dgn usia yg dah semakin lanjut ni! mmg tak de masa...kerja dgn baby kecik. but really, shouldnt have any excuses! |

Ive tried it for a week. i feel energetic.
the problem abt fit for life diet are
1) makan fruits banyak mengakibatkan i banyak kali kencing and cepat lapar
2) dont drink water after makan, susah sikit sebab kekadang pedas ke, nak tercekik ke
3) malaysian recipe- when we go out for lunch is so difficult to find good veggies unless makan kat kenny rogers ke, restaurant.
kalu kat gerai2 nasik tuh, vege dia macam dah tak ada nutriets
i like this diet though, cos it lets me eat whatever I like especially carbo iaitu nasik. |
