setengah apa tu chempaka... setengah adunan ke paper cup ke.. g saya buat tu ltk 1/2 juga.. tapi cc tu jadi.. rata tepi, tengah tetiba ada bukit.. esok nak buat lagi , kalau same result, saya post gambaar.. tq chempaka

Tumpang tanya, kat mana saya boleh tengok nak convert berat dalm gram kepada cawan... contoh 100g tepung berapa cawan sukatannya?  Terima kasih kepada yang sudi menjawab.

rileks boleh guna oven or kuali/pan
u either bleh pecah2 kan sket walnut tu atau biar camtu jek..
kalau guna oven..panaskan oven terlebih dahulu..dlm 160-180 C ok kot..depending on oven lah
pastu just ratakan walnut atas dulang n masukkan dlm oven kat rak tgh2
walnut akan mula garing dlm anggaran dlm 8 -10 minit..tapi kene rajin tgk2 gak jgn sampai hangus..
bila walnut dah mula berbau harum..tu tanda2 nak dekat masak dah la

kalau guna pan plak..just masukkan walnut dlm pan..pastu panaskan dgn api perlahan/sederhana
kacau sekali sekala sampai walnut tu harum n mula garing..pastu terus angkat n toskan

selamat mencuba..

nak tanya nama kuih..

last sunday di birthday party anak kawan, makan satu kuih ni bungkus dgn daun pisang, dlm tu tepung pastu ada isi kelapa yg dicampur dgn gula melaka..

mcmana yer nak terangkan..ermm.. mcm ni, kuih tu isi kelapanya tu salut dlm tepung, dibulat2, then di salut dgn tepung dan di kukus..

saper2 tau nama kuih ni tak..? aritu mmg tak sempat tanya nama kuih ni kat kawan..
