Zhang Dong Liang (Nicholas Teo) as He Qun

Character Description:
The lead singer of group "FREEDOM," He Qun is an idol who's personality differs between being under the spotlight and behind the scenes. In front of the media andd his fans, he is reticient and cold (personality-wise) --- never showing his smiles. Even though he does not ask for the popularity by the fans and media, everyone is still crazy over him. As an idol, who is loved by youth girls all over the nation, he is in fact a person who hates to compare, hates to fight or compete. To him, his biggest enemy is himself: "I compare with myself", a phrase that He Qun often says. Due to a dream during his youth, he and his brother Ah Zhe and childhood friend Rita and Xiao Rong promised to form the nation's best music group after they grow up. But because of an accident and because Xiao Rong became missing, this dream came to a stop. It also tore apart the relationship between his brother and him. The reason He Qun became a singer was to have the opportunity to form a group with his brother Ah Zhe again. However, not only did Ah Zhe refuse to forgive He Qun, he also purposely found opportunities for He Qun to fail.

He Qun, a person who acts very coldly around groups of people, does not know that he actually possesses a warm heart, until he ran into Cheng Xiao Shi. It was also this meeting that awakened He Qun's warm heart. Xiao Shi appeared as an accident into his life. He Qun being chased by the papparazzi, Xiao Shi being dumped by his boyfriend, He Qun "taking home" Xiao Shi -- are events that connected these two people together. Xiao Shi's true and natural personality are always responded by her family's warmth, and this became a reason that He Qun starts to like her --- because he never felt the warmth of a family. Instead, He Qun and his father only quarrels over matters, and never communicated successfully.

After meeting Xiao Shi, He Qun is still acting coldly, but nevertheless, he was greatly affected by Xiao Shi's appearance. He started to learn to understanding his own heart, recognizing his goals, etc. He finally recognized the importance of Xiao Shi in his heart. In the end, how will he let Xiao Shi understand how he feels towards her?

Ching pula hairan nak tengok Nicholas Teo berlakon sebagai orang yang cool dan dingin... sebab dulu masa dia menang Astro Talent Quest dan baru nak jadi penyanyi, imej dia ialah sorang yang lemah lembut...

Dengar khabar, dulu keluarga Nicholas ni kaya... diorang hantar Nic pegi study kat Taiwan, tapi study sampai setengah bisnes ayahnya merosot dan keluarganya bankrap... sebab tu Nic balik Msia walaupun tak habis study kat taiwan... kesian...

ching... heheh baru nak masuk ep 3 kat taiwan... citer ni 1 minggu 1 ep.. sub pun takde lagi..

masa dia kat ATQ tu rasanya punyalah kurus... oooo patutlah ada org tulis Nic ni belajar kat taiwan tapi tak habis... kalau baca kat asianfanatics klakar lak... dorang asyik cerita Nic ni org M'sia...
