meh aku terangkn apa yg aku tau ye...

antara task utk fitness test tu:-
1.  sit up - leh buat bape dlm masa seminit
2.  push up - same spt d atas
3.  10M Dash - lari ulang alik (masa terpantas)
4.  standing broad jump - lompat le bape jauh yg boleh
5.  sit n reach - kangkang kaki n tolak kayu yg diberi.  tolak la sejauh yg mungkin.
6.  2.4KM - seberapa pantas masa yg boleh.

utk semua task tu ade markah.  paling bagus 5 n paling cikai 1.  mcm mane nk dptkn 5markah tu aku dh lupa dia punya ukuran.  lepas dh buat semua tu..kira semua skali termasuk BMI bdn...pastu baru leh dpt result n leh tau award mane tahap yg dicapai.  award tu la yg dipanggil:-
1.  GOLD - paling bagus (sume excellent la nihh)
2.  SILVER
3.  BRONZE
4.  GOLDEN HEART
5.  ACTIVE LIFESTYLE

camtu la bih kurang..sape2 yg lebih arif sila tmbah...

Sebenarnya semua orang ada 6 pack abs tapi yg melindungi akan ia nya adalah tidak lain dan tidak bukan lemak. Lemak plak kalau kat org lelaki dia suka sangat2 bekumpul kat bhg perut.. kalau pompuan kat bhg peha.. msalah negara betul..

So, elakkan makan nasi lemak dan kentang goreng... dan lain2 la... :nerd:
