MENU & RESEPI UNTUK PESAKIT DARAH TINGGI

Early this week bee dpt bad new.. cik abang kita kena high blood. Maybe not as bad as I think.. but still.. nway.. bee nak tanya kat sini menu aper yg sesuai utk org kena darah tinggi nih?? Apa pantang larang nyer?? ye laa.. aper yg dorang leh makan.. yg tak leh makan..

abah sue memang ada darah tinggi...biasa my mom masak yg jenis bersup.. but elak guna aji/lada sulah....
lagi satu lembu, kambing tu nak mkn bule..tp sesekali bule lar... cian pulak ...
my hubby high kolestrol...so dah nak kena jugak la darah tinggi tu... memang klu masak ayam bgn dada jek, ikan selar kuning & ikan bawal itam sebulan sekali jek masak...sbb doktor kata tu ler punca kolstrol tinggi.. lagi satu seafood.. kena elak jugak... |

Minta Tolong Resepi Masakan Basic
Hai saya dah lama menduda dan dah fedup makan kat luar so nak cuba masakan sendiri-
so sesiapa yang boleh tolong saya amat hargai.
nak cari resepi ini:-
1 Asam Pedas.
2 Kari Daging Dal
3 Kari Ayam/ikan
4 Tomyam
5 Sambal sotong
6 ikan goreng Masak Sambal

Masak ikan asam rebus pun elok...paling senang nak masak...didih air, bila dah menggelegak masukkan ikan (kembung ke, selar ke yg telah digaul dgn kunyit dan garam) dan asam keping (abt 5), kemudian masukkan cili boh dalam sesudu, serai yang dititik, cili padi yang di tumbuk separa lumat, lastly masukkan tomato dan terung. Simple, healthy and delicious...... |

Sy mmg ada darah tinggi. kategori young hypertension.
mmg org x sangka tp due tu permakanan yg x btuk n work stress, inila hasilnya.
nyways, Apa yg dia org cakap tu btul. tp bkn nyer x bleh trus. sekali sekala, x salah kalo nak mkn cuma had kan portion aje.
Selain tu, cuma lah amalkan jus starfruit seminggu 2 kali ke. ia mmg baik utk mengawal hypertension. |

my mom pun dah kena darah tinggi ni..huhu..
nampaknya kami adik beradik kena letak signal alert gak la pasal hmm.. hypertension ni pon kira warisan genetik ek?
last 2 days i pi beli Home Blood Pressure monitor tu.. senang dia tak payah nak kena berulang alik ke klinik cek darah.
ok back to topic..
tentang menu sesuai tu.. mostly ialah dengan mengelakkan yg berlemak dsb.
bukan takat menu nak kena peratikan.. cara masakan tu penting.
kalau baru kena tu, cubalah tukar style masakan tu beransur2 slowly le.. kasi peluang taste buds tu adjust.. kalo tetiba dah biasa makan kari bersantan tetiba hari2 kita bagi dia makan rebus2... nanti bengang plak dia.. naik jugak darah dia nanti hehe
mcm my mum, i suggest kat dia slowly tukau diet tu.. i mean cara pemakanan tu.
so nowadays.. dah belajar breakfast tu skip le nak makan roti canai bagai tu..
cuba le makan oats instead.. pelbagaikan..
then cara masakan tu cubalah banyakkan ulam-ulaman, kurangkan yg lemak bersantan.. and kambing tu memang pantang no 1 org hypertension ni.
ttg resepi tu.. takda yg specific.. sebab yg penting ubah style masakan, kurangkan yg berlemak2 ni. |

Bee, u kena betul2 jaga pemakanan bila dah ada darah tinggi ni. Antara perkara yg u boleh lakukan ialah kurangkan garam maksud saya betul2 kena kurangkan garam dlm segala masakan dan stop MSG. Kurangkan daging merah dan those daging yg berlemak tu.Kalau u dapat minum air teh misai kucing dan jadikan amalan itu pun bagus. Nanti i attachkan gambar satu pokok herba ni memang elok sgt2 utk pengidap darah tinggi. Yang paling penting jauhi stress dgn melakukan senaman yang teratur. |

Nie saja kuda nak berkongsi satu petua...
Masa kuda dok dgn kakak kuda dulu, abg ipor kuda pun disahkan darah tinggi...sampai masuk spital....kuar spital Dr nasihatkan abg ipor kuda bykkan mkn benda pahit mcm peria, pucuk betik muda (hak yg nie pahit gilo...tak dan nak telan), juga kurengkan daging merah....so, dari situla kuda belajo mkn pahit termasuk ulam peria....
Skrg nie Alhamduilalah.....abg ipor kuda dah ok....tapi masih kawal mkn...tak mcm dulu dok pitam-pitam....bahaya o highpertension nie......... |

aku nak upkan balik thread ni sbb baru2 ni mertua aku kena diagnosed uncontrolled hypertension sekali dgn diabetes.. but more to hypertension lah..
sejak dh kena tukar menu.. mood dia mmg tak menentu.. yelah, saper tak tension tetiba dah secara drastik takleh makan tu makan ni.. sampai kitorang kat rumah pening pala nak cari bahan2 utk masak..
kalau u all boleh varietykan lagi menu2 kat sini.. tolong sharekan resepi sekali.. thanks.. |

petua nak hilangkn pahit pucuk betik....rebus dgn pucuk senduduk kalu susah cri pucuk senduduk rebus dgn pucuk ubi...insyaAllah boleh telan...kalu nak sedap campur dgn sambal pecal...perggghhh tak hengat!!...pcuk betik ni pun elok untuk ibu lps bersalin .... |

My hubby had high blood pressure a few years ago. What I did - of course he cooperated are these things :
1. Change our eating plan
Not just hubby but our family changed our eating habits. Out went the high fat food and replaced with low fat stuff and lots of fruits and vegetables.
2. Exercise
At least 3x a week. From simple exercises like walking to weight lifting. Again the whole family participated because its no fun exercising alone. You need to be motivated to do it.
After exercising you actually sleep better. For patients with high BP its important to be calm and reduce stress.
3. Choose the right food & prepare food from scratch
- more vegetables, fruits, nuts
- less meat and seafood
when you cook chicken get rid of the skin first
- handful of nuts (almonds not peanuts)
- use spices and cut down salt (or cut out salt completely)
Now, my hubby's bp is normal and his BMI is within the normal range. In fact BMI of all of us in the family is within the normal range.
The great thing is hubby doesn't have to take statins to lower his cholestrol & bp.
It is possible to keep the bp within the normal range through dieting and exercising.
Prepare the same food for everyone in the family. Its not necessary to prepare different dishes just for your mother in-law. Sedihlah nanti if she sees other people eating the food that she cannot have. If she sees everyone eating the same food as her then she will be motivated to change her eating habits.
If tak jaga bp boleh lead to stroke and heart attack. Lagi big problem. |

Another thing - my hubby rajin minum apple cider. This is supposedly good to keep the bp at a normal range.
Its not too bad actually if you mix it with your favourite drink. |

Google je or else search kat CARI FORUM mesti jumpa.
Kat pembuka thread, kurangkan masakan berlemak guna santan & makanan berminyak. Kalau nak buat masakan berlemak boleh ganti dgn yogurt. Bnykkan sayur2an esp ulam2an. Kalau dulu selalu makan daging, sup tulang, seafoods etc, jadi sekarang bnykkan makan ikan. Sekali-sekala memang boleh makan masakan berlemak, udang, ketam & daging etc ttp jgnlah terlampau bnyk. Jgn langsung tak makan sp diet balance.
Satu lagi minum bnyk air putih ie. 8 gelas sehari. Fresh juice yg homemade memang bagus diamalkan setiap pagi - the 1st thing in the morning. After 30 minutes you can have your breakfast. Of course exercise bnyk keluarkan peluh & maintain weight yg sesuai dgn ketinggian tubuh. Ni pengalaman jaga diet emak & arwah ayah saya dulu. |

Kalau yg suffer heartburn memang tak sesuai minum apple cider. Try other fruit juice spt carrot+nenas, jambu batu, durian belanda, timun+mint etc. Kalau boleh variasikan setiap hari. |

Apple cider boleh beli kat farmasi (eg. Guardian) or even kat Tesco & Giant pun ada.
Kalau ada heartburn boleh dlute lebih sikit apple cider and drink 2x sehari. Mix with something else so that it tastes nicer. Avoid mixing sugar in it. Nanti sugar level pulak naik.
Another thing, macam Baiduri suggested - try juicing. Green apples, white grapes and lime - ni bagus untuk turunkan cholestrol and BP. Or pegaga, misai kucing campur dengan limau & nenas - pun best jugak.
Or makan peria rebus/stir fry.
Kalau dah buat semua ni & tak belasah makan high fat food insyAllah boleh okay BP and also lower cholestrol level. Kalau tak jugak kena makan statin. |
