saya baru booking minggu lepas untuk 3hari(pada bulan disember)1 bilik rm148.50. jadik sorang rm74.25 tuk sorang..mahal ke??saya xambil wifi internet dgn tv sbb rasenye mmg xgune pun kot sbb hari kedua nak ke Universal studio singapore..
tapi risau juga kot2 xdapat ticket ke uss sbb hotel dah booking,bile call odssey diaorg kate lom buka lg untuk bulan 12..

ni harga untuk 2 malam ek...kiranya dlm rm7x++ semalam..
bagi aku mahal, murah kalau dapat bilik dlm rm50 semalam...
ada tambah apa2 ke seperti aircond ataupun towel...
ataupun ada tambah tiket bas ke USS...

Changes and Cancellation

Once bookings are made and/or guest(s) are checked in, bookings are non-refundable.
Booking cancellations MUST be done at least 3 days before the scheduled check in date. Total payment is deemed forfeited for any cancellation within 2 days of the scheduled check in time
The only change allowed for a confirmed booking is a Guest Name change which must be made at least 3 days before check in date. This change is subject to a Change fee. (Please refer http://www.tunehotels.com/fee-hotel-schedule)
In the event of cancellation of bookings (at least 3 days before the check in date), a credit shell amount equivalent to the value of the booking minus the cancellation charges will be credited into the guest's registered account for future bookings.
The amount in credit shell is valid for 6 months from the cancellation date after which it will expire. The credit shell amount is currency-specific and is not transferable to other accounts.
Cancellations can only be made online at https://bookings.tunehotels.com/AccClient/MyInformation.asp.
Cancellations charges apply (Please refer http://www.tunehotels.com/fee-hotel-schedule)
Tune Hotels and Air Asia are separate entities. We are not responsible for the flights being cancelled or rescheduled and therefore we will not accede to requests for refund or compensation.

Kalau harga beli kurang drpd RM30, tak yah le cancel. Biarkan jer.. Kalau lebih RM30, baru cancel n dorang akan letak balik dlm akaun slps tolak RM30. Next time booking, leh je guna kredit tu.. Dulu saya penah cancel n booking lain

masa on the way nak ke batu feringgi, aku dapati tune penang ni agak jauh drpd tempat tumpuan seperti jalan penang, chowrasta, komtar, padang kota dan sebagainya...kalau ada kereta ok lah...senang nak gerak...

keluasan bilik xdpt tolong sbb lalu sahaja...
tapi jika anda travel guna perkhidmatan awam seprti kitaorg dulu, dicadangkan cari hotel sekitar jalan penang atau pun jalan masjid kapitan keling...nak makan pun senang....

luas biliknya...sama je dgn tune lain.. (pernah duk Kuching + Lcct)
cuma bilik tu...tak de view... tingkap nya buka mngadap dinding jg ( utk ventilation je )...
tp no hal lah...sbb utk tido jer kan...
lain2 sama... dgn tune lain...  klu terkejut time tido tu... dejavu jap... tune mana ni... hahahah

ooops... parking keter...limited... yg tepi bangunan tu...kena byr... yg free... kena cross padang/ blok dpn tu..
