saya buat yg chilled sekali jerr...tp hubby x suka.. Sekrang buat yg bakar jerrr
hubby makan jugak...tp dia bukan penggemar cheese. Jamah sket2. So orange jer yang slalu abiskan sebiji kek tu....sukerr sgt makan ciskek tp risau dok abiskan sorang2...makin kembang..

ni buat oreo (faberet sgt) ngan blueberry ciskek. Yg blueberry tu guna resepi guna slice cheese jerrr tp saja bubuh bluebery. Sedap!

semlm kali ke-4 akak buat chesee kek,
tp kali ni batad pulak...kenape ye...
masa nak masuk adunan tu dlm loyang, nampak mcm berbuih2..x tau la kenapa boleh jadi gitu..

azzu, kek merekah bila dibiarkan dalam oven sbb kek tu mengecut. Utk elakkan merekah, bila dah masak dan nak biar dlm kek, azzu lalukan pisau atau renggangkan sekeliling kek dari loyang supaya tak melekat. Kalau tak buat camtu, sekeliling kek yg melekat kat loyang tu akan menarik bahagian tengah kek dan merekah. Ni saya dpt tips dari blog mat gebu.
