apa sebenarnya GUT itu...as in gut instinct? gut wrenching?
can you really follow ur gut? do you act on ur gut or u tend
to just let the instinct be an instinct only...

If we are talking about instinct, it's necessary that we seperate it from our preconceived notion, worries or fear.

Which is which? Only through awareness can we know. Some people are really good at this.

This kind of feelings, falls into the realm of unexplained knowledge, of intuition and such.

This is not directly about instinct but, let's try to find our feeling center...

To have a feel of this, try to remember some past event. brings it to memory.
Now, try to get a kineasthtic feels of it. Where do you feel it? In bodily sense?

Chance are some might feel them in the gut or stomach area, or maybe around the solar plexus, around the heart, or maybe in the back of the head or some other place...

So that's where your feeling center is. For that specific emotion, that is.

have guts is the antithesis to butterfly in the tummy

saying jek, could be abdomen referal because centre of gravity in human anatomy. i.e. balance, centering, cakra , pusat. etc.

could be in guts lie the energy (thru digestion system), we derived energy that propel us thru food we eat..so kalo sakit perut apah pun tokleh buat..

bila berani kita sebut u got gut mannnn

bila oang tu takut2 dia kata i got butterfly in my tummy lah......anxious , while the have gut is confidence

Speaking of guts...............

We've all heard about people having guts or balls. But do you really
know the difference between them?

In an effort to keep you informed, the definition for each, is
listed below ....

GUTS - is arriving home late after a night out with the boys, being
assaulted by your wife with a broom, and having the guts to ask:
"Are you still cleaning, or are you flying somewhere?"

BALLS - is coming home late after a night out with the boys, smelling
of perfume and beer, lipstick on your collar, slapping your wife on the
backside and having the balls to say: "You're next!"

I hope this clears up any confusion on the subject.

well, to me...both are the same...no guts, no glory...

might be balls are more related to certain gender only...

but then.. too bad that women keep rubbing their eyes when they just woke up.... because.... they don't have balls to scratch!!

errr either they just don't have 'balls' to scratch their eyes..- or direct meaning --- just plain - have no balls to scratch..!!

...gut nie kalau kat tempat kerja aku maknanya your bowels...

...but...selain daripada instinct...ianya jugak membawa maksud berani...tabah atau semangat yang kental...dan jugak kesungguhan...

...your question...can u really follow your gut instinct??...eerrr...if u feel comfortable and good about it...then by all means...go ahead...but...if your gut feelings make u feel sick...then...avoid it...
