skg aku tgh diet...syukur alhamdulillah...dlm sebulan turun 7 kg...
perut pon dah nampak kempis sket...
nih nak turunkan lagi supaya perut aku betol2 flat!!!
target nak dpt perut flat awal bulan 8 nih...
supaya aku dapat berkonvo dgn perut kurus...AMIN

makan time lapar je dan makan sebelum kenyang.
itu petua paling mujarab.
ini aku tgk kdg2 separuh org makan mcm tak ingat dunia.bahaya woo.byk penyakit.nabi muhammad s.a.w. pun dah pesan.
dan slalu bersenam.ini pun nabi muhammad s.aw. slalu buat dgn isteri siti khadijah.tapi mereka memanah,menunggang kuda.
slalu buat sit up kalo nak perut mantap.push up kalo nak dada mantap.
jogging,cycling pun penting.

aku nak tanya sikit...

minum air banyak bole jadi gemuk/buncit tak...

kalau minum plain water let say 2 liter sehari.. mmg bole membuncit tak perut..

minum air tak menggemukkan/membuncitkan, sebab air takde kalori, malah kita patut minum air at least 8 gelas sehari.

yg menyebabkan badan bertambah gemuk dan perut membuncit ialah lebihan kalori. kalori terdapat pada karbohidrat, lemak, dan protein. so kalau taknak lemak bertambah, pastikan jgn ada lebihan kalori (kalori yg diambil tak boleh melebihi kalori yg dibakar).
