hakass sapu losen tu masa dlm pantang...naik berkurap perot...serik tau......perot kat takuk tu gak....last2 minum jusdietmate5....bukan perot jer...peha...lengan sume kempis...huhuhuhuhu

aku rasa eksersais lagik ok laa..dari makan ntah hape2 ntah..eksersais kan natural???hik3...sit up tu bagi aku memang bagus laaa...

kalo nak turun berat paling bagus buat cardio ngan weight training..

exercise paling berkesan ialah squat...g la check internet.... squat ni dpt bakar kalori dgn banyak semasa....n juga selepas ko dah exercise...

luntuk kardio plak..jangan berjoging cm orang yang slalu buat...ko g search internet.. cara yang paling berkesan ialah interval training.jauh lagi berkesan drpd ko berjoging cara biasa..

buat sit up 3 kali sehari n jgn makan pas kul 9 mlm.. hehehehe

aku amalkan buat sit up at least 30kali sehari..aku jamin mesti perut leper tak ada tayar spare punya ....tapi jgn tinggal laa bila ada masa terluang tu baring kejap then buat 30kali...nak elok lepas solat 5 waktu dah habis selesai tu baring jap then buat 30...fuuh kali dapat 5waktu dah 150 lagi la mujarab cepat perut kempis baru leh mandi kat swimming pool...

yang I selalu amalkan....sit-up dan swimming...pastu masuk sauna...
lagi bagus, jangan makan heavy food lewat malam...sebabnya, lepas makan, badan jadi letih dan ngantuk..kita terus baring dan tidur...jadi food digestion tak complete...boleh sangkut kat perut tu..kekekekeke...

yang penting, disiplin...

Minum air kosong banyak2...badan kita perlu air secukupnya utk berfungsi secara optimum...ada cikgu pendidikan jasmani kesihatan sekolah aku dulu pesan kalo nk maintain badan tak gemuk...make sure banyak minum air sbb kalau tak cukup air...sistem pencernaan tak boleh proses sepenuhnya semua2 bahan yg kita makan...yg mana jd lemak dok la dlm kt bawah kulit...yg mane x abes proses dok subside kt kita nye usus jd bahan toksid lak nnt...sume2 ni la punca2 perut memboyot...   tp da besar2 ni... carik2 kt internet tak de la plak website yg support dakwaan cikgu aku tu...cuma byk yg ckp minum air secukup nya adalah salah satu cara nk maintain berat badan...
