Luciano Moggi: Inter Have Committed Suicide By Selling Zlatan Ibrahimovic
Moggi feels Inter's mega Eto'o - Ibrahimovic deal works against the Italian champions...
Inter have made a big mistake in selling Zlatan Ibrahimovic to Barcelona, according to former Juventus director Luciano Moggi.
The former transfer guru, who lured Ibrahimovic from Ajax to Juventus in 2004, feels Inter have sold the Scudetto and Champions League to their rivals. Moggi, who still casts his opinions on the game despite his ban after Calciopoli, doesn't feel Samuel Eto'o can emulate the Swede.
"Inter have committed suicide by selling Ibrahimovic," Moggi told Ilsussidiario.net.
"They have sold their leader. Eto'o is a great player, but he is a player that does well when the team is doing well.
"Ibrahimovic can make the difference even when a team is playing badly."
Ibrahimovic and Eto'o are expected to sign for their new clubs on Monday according to the latest reports in Italy.
