besar camne rumah pun, kalau kita tak suka design dia, tak best la klu takleh renovate..

Tu la pasal, dari sehari ke sehari aku dok ingat nak pi tengok, bila weekend je byk pulak family program...bila aku fikir jauhnya aku nak sana ...tu yg jd malas...rasanya banyak 'bende' menumpang ruma ...

actually mak aku pun beli apartment kat situ....sekali sekala aku pg tgk la..
kat situ ada la beberapa kilang tp keadaan town yg tak terjaga menyebabkan org taknak duduk walaupun ada ada kemudahan cam masjid, skolah, pasaraya..

tgk dia ade teres setingkat, 2 tingkat, rege ok gak...tp jauh sket...kena lalu tol kalau tak silap...
nampak signbod tadi...

satu lagi kat bandar seri putra, lepas sikit dr bangi kalau lalu plus...
itu pun ok gak rasanya, leh lagi dpt 250 below...

yg suria tropika tu kan, built up dia besar, 2300+ sqf...rege 298...ok gak tu, location dia not bad, nnt ade tesco nak naik skang tgh buat...developer dia equine tech plus...

ramai gak yg duduk bkt beruntung, kalau dah tau nak buat sewa kena beli rumah area bandar la.
ape guna byr smpi 1/2 juta tp dok rumah teres ...

hehe...rule no 1 beli umah, location,location,location...
kalau beli nak duduk pun kalau nanti tetiba nak jual kena gak location yg elok...
kalau duk sana sampai bebila takper... kita tak tau kut2 nak jual ke apa ke...
kalau beli teres tgh pun, location  okey, bila nak jual, rege dah naik, leh beli umah lain yg lagi mahal...
dari beli jauh, nak jual susah, kalaupun jumpe rumah yg lagi baik, still xleh let go umah lama tu...

bukan ape waksir, kalau jauh/location x best, duk sendiri pun sakit gak hati gak...sbb tempat yg kita duduk tu mesti banyak yg kurang...sbb tak ramai org nak duduk...
tp kalau waksir rase okey...terpulang lah...

yang 205 tu kawan kicap yg offer kicap, tp tingkat atas sekali n mmg takde view. maybe different location, diffrenet price kot. maybe yang 300 k tu ada garden/land sendiri

ramai org beli rumah dgn harge yg mahal ...
tp sebenarnye bukan rumah tu yg mahal, tp sbb lokasi, fasiliti yg ada & lanskap yg cantik.

kekdang tu tgk mcm tak berbaloi je harge rumah berbanding dgn ...

like me,kalau dengar kan harga my house memang tak masuk akal..

for sure akan keluar statement, 'kalau dgn harga cam gini dah boleh beli landed property'

but what we are looking for is not just merely a landed property,but also amenities,location..

macam i sudah ada family,of course priority for my children diutamakan..

dekat dgn school,groceries store within reach,security and so on..duduk kat kl ni time management sangat2 penting..nak2 utk both husband and wife yang bekerja..silap manage time anak2 lewat ke school,kita pun lewat ke office..

ada rezeki lebih,boleh la difikirkan utk upgrade to a landed property pula..

sebenarnya kita bukan beli umah je, tp package yg dtg dgn rumah tu sekali cam kawasan neighbourhood, facilities. Kalau kawasan tu bnyk kemudahan, pusat perniagaan harga umah akan mahal..so tak rugi kalau kita berbelanja lebih utk membeli sesebuah rumah asalkan kita hepi duk kawasan tu..

Kat tepi LDP & interchange to Seri Kembangan/Serdang ada kawasan baru tengah develope namanya D'Alpinia.. nie website nyer..
