Update = ptg td dh jmp lawyer.dia tlg draft kan surat reply suspension sy.lawyer tls pihak hr gagal menjelaskan sbb sbnr kenape sy di suspend.hr hny tls sy alleged commited major misconduct tp x spell out ape2 misconduct yg sy buat. Then lwyr tls sy x berslh dan ingn smbg keje kembali..tgh draft surat reply tu.. IR called me ! So besok sy kena hadir DI..dan lawyer suh sy serahkan surat ni esk.adoi cuak ni..nebes gle..kang ir tny sape tls srt ni xkn nk ckp lawyer pulak..one more thing klu lah sy kena terminate lawyer ckp kite lawan ! Hmm..doakan sy berjaya esk yer.

hee..sama2 en taban..tadi dah selesai peringkat interview session bersama internal auditor bank..rupa2nya belum DI lagi.


update = this morning sy dipanggil dr auditor bank utk session interview. yg soal siasat sy ada 2 orang pegawai..mereka tnye bila dan kenapa sy tulis fb pancit tayar tu. lg dorang tnyer ape masalah sy dgn bos. sy jwb sy rimas ngan impractical work ethique beliau. so dorang suruh sy elaborate ape yg sy rimas tu. sy cite laa sedikit sebyk perangai bos yg tah ape2..contohnye : bos suke sms panjang2 psl keje tp diluar waktu opis hour (during at night and also my day off)..padahal sewaktu dlm opis langsung x nk ckp ape2.. x nk kasi arahan cara verbally.

from my observation..those auditor officers..are more to my side. i say that becos, dorang view teliti kembali polis repot yg dibuat oleh bos ada mcm x kena depan sy. dlm repot polis tertulis dia baca posting FB psl pancit tayar 18/3/2011..tp dia buat repot pada 21/3/2011.dan tarikh sy tulis tyr pancit tu pada 1/2/2011.tarikh kejadian tayar nye pancit betul2 x dinyatakan dlm polis repot dia sendiri.pegawai auditor tu pun pertikaikan..kenapalah bos sy ni buat repot polis tanpa bukti..main tuduh2 je..tah2 dia saje pancitkan sendiri tayar kete dia sendiri sbb nk tuduh sy punya psl.pastu auditor tu ckp..silap2 bos sy ni boleh di saman sbb memalsukan polis repot...heheh senyum lebar je sy dengar..

sy dah serahkan surat yg didraft dr lawyer..and also my covering police report against hers. bila ditnyer why did i wrote such thing inside my FB..i answered.. it is an informal expressions between my friends and I because of stress working with that lady boss..and I mean no harm and no intention at all to pancit her tayar.

the best part when the auditor asked me : awak dan kwn2 opis penah add bos dlm FB ke ? sy jwb : sy x penah tau bos sy ada fb pun.
next dia tanye : awak rasa macam mane dia boleh baca posting awak sedangkan awak dan kwn2 x penah add dia dlm FB, sy bg jawapan : sy rs dia acces posting tu directly dr acc FB kwn opis yg terlupa nk lock privacynye.

so far so good. so next stage they will hand over my statement to HR/IR untuk tindakan selanjutnya.so i have to wait call from IR/HR wether they proceed my case iinto DI session or vice versa. Wish me luck.

nk tau x...kwn2 kat opis suh sy tubuhkan union la pulak ! hahah bunyik cam lawak jer..tp klu ada union..if next time ada exec2 lain teraniaya, at least they hv a group of ppl utk mengadu dan mintak pertolongan. akan ku fikirkan ..

    yup, bagus ader union nie...
   kalau ada apa-apa dia akan bela nasib pekerja..
   mcm tempat my hubby, mereka ada union.. dan setiap bulan tolak RM 5.00 dari payslip tok union nie...
   lagi satu bila ada union nie, pihak majikan kena istiharkan betul2 mana dan kemana setiap sen duit company.
   mcm tmpt my hubby, disebabkan dah ada union, peraturan kerje dia betul2 street!
   salah satunya hp tidak boleh bawa @masuk ditempat kerja.. jika kantol, automatik terus gantung kerja sebulan!

dari apa yg saya baca, your case is very loose...notis utk buat DI kena specifically mention date, venue and alleged misconduct untuk buat DI. dlm notis tu mesti spell-out in detail apa misconduct and falls under which category. kalau kena suspend kena inform juga sebab apa...maximum tak leh lebih 2 minggu, dlm masa 2 minggu tu kena buat DI le...kalau guilty, boleh dismiss or demoted  ...kalau tak guilty, kena bayor balik le gaji yg hold tu...

kalau tak guilty, back to normal. bos u boleh buat report polis kalau dia rasa dia ada proof yg u all pancitkan tayar dia, tp dia kena buktikan la...usah bimbang, DI is actually the avenue untuk u ceritakan apa yg berlaku...time ni boleh cakap apa saja...earlier masa auditor dok tanya tu, normally is called technical inquiry, this is important to build up the case...

so TT, all the best...up-date ler nanti ye...

    lom DI lagi. tgh tgu result dr IR/HR..klu DI pun redah je lah..tp mcm yg yayaji ckp my case is very remeh case. sampaikan auditor tu ckp ni la my first time sy handle kes fb cam ni..selalunye kes2 tipu duit. hahaha..skg ni sy lebih rilek psl dah lepas stage kena interview ngan auditor bank. silap2 abis DI sy cadang nk saman malu kat bos tu. biar padan muka dia tu.

    tu la patut spell my alleged misconduct tp x de tulis ape pun dlm surat suspension tu. nsb baik abah ada kwn lawyer..dia la tolong draftkan surat reply suspension. ala-ala surat dr lawyer la..tp surat tu nama saya. bila auditor baca surat tu..dia ckp hebatnye english awak nih !~ senyum je la.. klu sy yg buat x terkarang ayat2 bombastic mcm lawyer tu..x de maknanye hehehe..auditor tanye awak tahu ke kenapa awak kena suspend sy ckp tatau langsung !~  tunggu jelah lepas ni macam mane..ada lagi 4 ari nk mencukupkan 14 ari suspension. tp klu dorang sendiri lambat take action macam mana ? jawabnya sy kena tgu lebih lama lagi lah macam ni..

kalau lambat dan dah over 14 hari suspension, u masuk keje macm biasa...tak boleh sambung dan sambung dan sambung...tak pe nyer, masa DI nanti cerite je apa yg patut...make sure gaji yg hold tu dimasukkan balik. u boleh bwk saksi sendiri...catitkan tarikh2 penting dlm FB tu...gather your info from now on...

err...pasai apa dok berfesbuk time keroje...? bos u jeles kot u all tak add dia..he..he..

    Bukan..tiada kena mengena dgn kilang pon...
    Ini sektor lain...
    tapi sebelum dikenakan tindakan tu, samalah situasi mcm awak.. ada perbicaraan semua..
    Dasyat memang dasyat.. sebab nampak dasyat company ada join UNION.
    Jadi sesiapa yg langgar peraturan..jawablah.. Banyak lagi kes2 yg kenkadang tak tercapai dek fikiran...
    Itu belum saya ceter soal gaji bila sesiapa dah kena tindakan tu...
   
    Tapi ada Union memang bagus..
    salah satu kes kt tempat hubby saya, pekerja ni lawan balik kes dgn majikan mungkin pasal gaji..mungkinlah..
    (kes dah lama,hubby ada ceter, sy yg tapi tak ingat punca kes tu apa)
    Union masuk campur, bela nasib pekerja ni..
    keputusannya, majikan kena bayar balik pampasan setiap 2 thn kepada SETIAP PEKERJA!
    bukan pekerja yg lawan tu jek tau...tapi setiap orang..
    jadi setiap 2 thn iaitu awal thn dapatlah extra income duit pampasan dan bonus..
