Dear B2uties,
For all who have purchased tickets for "The First BEAST Fan Meeting Asia Tour - On Stage 2011", please take note of the following:
1. ENTRY POINTS
There will be 2 entrance points for Sunway Lagoon - MAIN ENTRANCE and ENTRANCE FROM HOTEL.
In order to facilitate the crowd control (so everyone can come in faster^^), we are dividing the entrance points according to the ticket categories.
- MAIN ENTRANCE : Open for VVIP, VIP, PS1 & ROCK ZONE ticket-holders
- ENTRANCE FROM HOTEL : Open for VVIP & VIP ticket-holders ONLY (as the passage for this entrance is more narrow)
- GATE OPENING TIME : 7.00PM
If you get lost, please ask any Sunway staff for directions. 
2. FORBIDDEN ITEMS
Please note that the following below items will be CONFISCATED during bag-check at entrance point.
(a) Prosumer & Professional Cameras (such as DSLR & Video Camcorder)
- We will keep them in locked storage, only can redeem it back after the show ends.
- Consumer/Compact Digital Cameras are fine
(b) Food & Beverage
- There will be food & beverage available for sale within the venue.
3. OFFICIAL MERCHANDISE BOOTH
Location : Within the Venue behind Seating Area
**Pre-order Collection Table will be located beside the Official Merchandise Booth**
Duration : 7.00PM - 8.30PM (or earlier if stock sells out)
Payment : BY CASH ONLY!
Official Merchandise Items : Please refer to http://www.facebook.com/photo.ph ... ;type=1&theater
NOTE #1 : CUBE has stopped production for Official Lightsticks, so we do not have stock for Official Lightstick. However, normal lightsticks are still available for sale within the venue.
NOTE #2 : The management kindly encourage all B2uties not to over-buy and leave stock for the fans who came in later but would like to buy some Official Merchandises too.
4. LETTERS/SMALL GIFTS DROP-OFF POINT
Location : Beside Official Merchandise Booth, near the Pre-order Collection Table
Duration : 7.00PM - 8.30PM (or when bags are fully filled)
We will be arranging for only 6 big & durable black plastic bags, one for each individual BEAST member.
We know that B2uties are as kind and considerate like BEAST, hence in order to let more fans be able to give their presents to BEAST, please obey and only drop off the types of gifts that are allowed.
TYPE OF GIFTS ALLOWED:
(a) Letters for BEAST members
(b) Small-sized gifts/presents
(c) Non-perishable goods (things that will not go bad after some time)
TYPES OF GIFTS NOT ALLOWED:
(a) Big-sized gifts/presents
(b) Perishable goods (such as Food & Beverage, and other items that may go bad after some time)
(c) Sharp Objects
*As Beast will be bringing the letters & small gifts along with them to other countries, there will be customs limitations on what can/cannot be brought over to another country. Please do not let dear BEAST get detained at the customs.*
*We know that B2uties are smart and considerate fans. Please evaluate yourself if your gift is considered Big or Small. As we only have 1 bag for each Beast member, please help each other to maximise this bag to its full potential. Whether the bag can be filled with 100 gifts or 50 gifts, it will be entirely up to you *
5. LUCKY DRAW FORMS FOR ON-STAGE GAME
There will be some interaction games for B2uties with Beast on the stage.
For one of the games, Beast will select participants from a lucky draw box (to give a fair chance to all at the show).
Please remember to keep a look out at the venue for the forms to fill in for this lucky draw. ;p
*We are still finding the best places to distribute these lucky draw forms, please ask our staff on show day if you cannot find one.

Queastions & Answer (Q & A)
Q : Is teddy bear allowed?
A : Please do not put too bulky items and take up too much space of the bag. No food & beverage allowed into the venue, that includes mineral water. But you can buy water when you go into the venue.
Q : When is the high-5 session?
A : Right now not confirmed yet as beast schedule is very tight, but coming at least 2 hours before show should be fine.
Q : Can you describe what is high5 session?does it mean we got hi5 touch with each of the member or is it like meet and greet where we can take photo and meet personally with the guys?
A : Hi-Touch Session is to Hi-5 with Beast members
Q : Can give some tips about Dujun oppa cake?
A : DooJoon's cake gonna be cute~ happy~ pretty~ handsome~ yummy~ ;p
Q : Can we get Beast flight schedules yet?? what time they reach Msia?
A : Sorry we are sworn to secrecy on any transportation details.

tu psl la. aku pun ckp dgn ida motip dia nak sambut parent dia balik umrah di samping dok nak mengejar budak2 Beast!! nasib baik la aku xkan tergolong dlm kalangan yg akan sambut dorg kat epot nnt!! aku pun sama jugak la, rs nyer mmg khamis ni jer la masa yg dorg sesuai sampai. kalo jumaat pagi, agak2 berkemungkinan ke?? kot2 la kan jumaat pg tu dorg xder nak kena attend event aper2, dorg sampai la pulak hari jumaat tu!! |
