Tak train sangat pun yg tu. Hanya train part yg melibatkan shoulder. Sebab aku rasa yang nampak traps tinggi tu cam nampak cacat lak.

Tips Untuk Squat

1) Letas bar atas traps. Memang ada low and high bar squat, tapi letak ats traps dikira konvensional.
2) Bg conventional squat, luas kaki adalah shoulder width...keluasan bahu korg..tkyah kankang sgt tu sumo squat.
3) Perhatikan betul2 alignment lutut dan kaki mesti sama (rujuk gambar) selalunya perempaun dan lelaki yg berkaki panjang bila squat kaki dia gemar terkepit ke dalam. Ini bahaya dan tidak betul.
4) Shin (tulang kering) tegak dan kalau boleh lutut tidak melebihi toe...pahe dokk..cuba tgk gmbr awek melayu tu kan terlebih...extra stress pada lutut tu weiii...tk kene pn glutes.
5) Camne nk wat ni sume? Korg jangan rendahkan lutut ke depan, tapi tarik punggung ke belakang, shin kalau boleh 90 darjah, cam gambar Amanda Latona squat tu.
6) Kaki hendaklah sentiasa flat on the ground, sape ada masalah buleh guna kayu kt bawah kaki.
7) pergerakan bar dari atas ke bawah adalah straight line.
8) chest up dan gunakan hips n leg drive.

aku baru start buat deadlift. selepas beberapa set. ada rasa soreness dekat lower back. lepas tu aku buat senaman lain. soreness tu pon hilang. normal ke??

ataupon form aku tak betul??

my weight 76<<nek mndadak wei..b4 nie menten 70
tggi 175 cmtuh..
nk kta mkn byk xpon..besa2 jer.
stomach pon mmg xdak la 6 pax tuh.
ak nk kurus n sehat je..
klu overweight nie cpt mengah n letey laa..
tataw nk wat camne..
mybe faktor genetik kot..my dad jnix bdn bsar2.same wif my bro n sis.
mgkn ak nyer tahap metabolisme rendah kot.
jenuh gak nk workout..
sumtime tensen je org ckp ak nie gemok..

aku rasa utk tinggi 175 cm and berat 76kg, takder la gemuk mana...cepat mengah tu boleh dia atasi kalau rajin buat senaman cardio mcm jogging, swimming...tapi yg terbaik still angkat besi dan sesi tu diakhiri dgn cardio...TIP TOP!

Haha. Tinggi aku lebih kurang and target berat aku pun dah 75 kg. Sekarang baru nak 65. Arghhh!
