nk tnye. kalo 1st time main dumbell utk budak laki umur 18, berapa berat yg sesuai n berapa kali nak ...

Berat yang sesuai ikut kekuatan dan kemampuan masing2. Pilih satu dumbbell yang anda selesa nak lift sampai 5-8 rep, then try lagi sampai 15. Kalau no problem sampai 15, ambil yg satu level lagi berat. Cari sampai takleh ke 15. Start from there buat 8-12 with that weight sampai boleh naik ke 15 then tukar satu level lagi berat.

salam semua...memula ingat nak post threat baru but since dah theart yg aku rasa relevant, aku post kat sini je la...

aku badan pernah naik dulu...sekitar 80Kg ++. sampai pinggang saiz 34. then aku start work out 6 bulan dan berjaya kurangkan ke 66kg. saiz pinggang boleh turun ke 30-31. masa nih kalau check BMI aku dah jatuh pada tahap ideal la utk ketinggian aku 172cm. then aku still teruskan aktiviti gym aku...cuma lepas puasa baru2 ni aku kurang sikit aktiviti gym sebab kesibukkan kerjaya ( sebulan 2 kali je)...dan 1 bulan lepas aku timbang berat aku naik jadi 72kg. itu pun lepas aku rasa ketat pakai seluar saiz 30. kena pakai saiz 31-32 baru selesa sikit. so aku start work out 3 kali seminggu, kawal diet aku balik...cuma yg musykilnya semalam aku timbang berat aku naik jadi 74.5kg walaupun saiz seluar aku boleh pakai balik saiz 30-31. tapi aku ada perasan yg lemak aku ada sikit lagi sekitar perut dan dagu.

yg musykilnya kenapa berat aku bertambah naik pulak? takkan nak salahkan penimbang pulak...2 penimbang pakai mmg keluar figure sama. adakah sebab aku start ambik supplement fat burner? bab selera makan...aku dah control cuma aku byk amik daging. nak2 time kenduri kahwin sekarang nih... tapi jumlah yg sedikit lah.

Muscle mass is heavier than fat mass. So weight & BLI is not that accurate when it comes to people who work out. Best way is to judge yourself using a mirror or calippers.

ehhh...mmg buat weight training dulu baru cardio ...

sebab dia lebih kepada conditioning exercise. u cant build muscle with that much reps bro.

selamat tahun baru...

Nak berkongsi pendapat.. aku sekarang nie tgh sizing.. nak dapatkan berat 78kg sebelum start cutting. Masalahnya metabolisme aku tinggi, hari ni timbang 74kg.. esok turun 71kg.. berat naik -turun dalam range tu.. aku amik high karbo, makan nasi + kentang untuk increasekan kalori.. mass pun aku amik.. sampai satu tahap, aku terpaksa amik 'dirty food'. Ada tak cadangan dari rakan2?

selalu start workout dr bhgn bawah (kaki) sampai atas (dada/tangan)

tp sabtu lepas start dr atas
pastu perut & kaki
sehari lepas tu
rasa pening sgt
lbh sehari jgk pening tu tak hilang

mcm korang plak, mcmna
start dr bwh ke atas atau vice versa?

Mass gainer contains more calories than regular whey protein. Mass gainer contains larger amounts of carbohydrates and fats to boost a your calorie intake. Both are used for muscle recovery & muscle growth. If you are a hardgainer or an ectomorph who have difficulty gaining weight, then you are much more suited with mass gainer. But if you have no problem gaining weight, then whey protein is perfect for you.

Err... Macam x berbaloi. Lelaki strength grow cepat. So after a while this dah x boleh pakai.
Better ambil dumbbell with adjustable plates. Boleh upgrade as strengh grows.
