nak tanya....(ala2 pendapat la jugak kan..) - customer service

ehehe....ni tataulah salah bod ke hapa...sambil2 cite pengalaman ..nak bertanya jugak
aku aritulah ada jugak kerja dlm bidang customer service ni..
so rasa mcm syok la jugak
yela...sbb selama ni aku mmg sensitif dgn isu2 buli2 customer ni
so bila aku dpt peluang kerja...aku mmg seboleh2 tak nak kecewakan pelanggan


cuma kdg2 mmg ada pelanggan yang suka ...
nak cari isu
tak masuk yg gatal2 lagi...


pastu barulah tahu....ada mystery shopper yg akan evaluate pasaraya2 ni....
haha...

kebetulan aritu ayah aku ada deal dgn satu insurance company ni....
sbb nak claim keta eksiden
so...call la..deal dgn cust service dia
masa tu pagi..budak tu ok.... knowledgeable gitu
tapi bila call petangnya..budak len jawab....malas2 je..


hmmm....
anyway nak tanya...
kalau kita nak apply kerje as cust service assistant kat TM ke...maxis ke....bank islam ke...(yg angkat2 kol tu...)
camna eh..

kalo celcom....sy tau..sbb sy penah keje celcom tp dah resign laa....huhuhuhu...jiwa tertekan keje situ huhuhuhu

apply je kt www.mudah.my
kalo dapat dipanggil interview....pastu akan training 3week-1 mth.after that baru nek floor...contract normal 6months.pastu selalunye leh renewed contract kalo xde problem

kalo awk jenis tahan maki..jiwa gagah perkasa...jenis suka cuti ari biasa2 maybe leh tahan kot...huhuhuu

sama ler kita.. ai pun pernah keje celcom as frontliner selama 3.5 thn....
jiwa tertekan ya amat...
hidup cam tak dok kualiti jer...
nak pi keje pagi pun dah rasa tertekan...
lum masuk opis lagi tu ...

kalo kaunter dah bukak...
kalo 1st customer dah marah marah...
sampai ke petang ler mood tu merundum ....
ala ala 1st customer tu cam awan mendung jer... membawa cuaca buruk sampai ke petang...
dah ler management tak support frontliner langsung
apa apa .. customer is always rite

pastu time dah apply b4 training dia akan inform monthly tolak 100 hengget from gaji...agency nye payment pas 6 bln baru dpt balik

time aku dulu ... kat pay slip ada tertera:

RM50 .... Hardship allowance

Aku tanya superior aku, apa maksud allowance tue.... superior aku cakap tu ler allowance kat staff sebab kena maki, marah, curse oleh customer...   ... ayo, murahnyaaaaaa... kalo customer maki hamun, maruah yang tercalar tak leh nak dicover pakai duit arrr...... murahnya maruah frontliner2 celcom nieeeee

Ada sorang membe aku ni cakap, kalau dia rasa nak marah, dia akan saja2 call customer servis ni la. Selalunya dia call tmnet. komplen tenet slow. bleh?

kann...

time ada customer mengamuk, buat bising kat kaunter... branch manager cuma panjang panjangkan kepala jer melihat apa yang berlaku kat luar... lepas tu, tak berani nak handle dan siap salahkan frontliner lagi sebab tak reti nak manage the customer...

masalahnya.. customer mengamuk pasal marketing punya promo yang tah apa apa.. tueeeeeee. Bnyk tol hidden kos... aleh aleh, frontliner gak yang free free kena curse oleh customer

ayooo..emonya aku biler mengenang nasib badan, batin, minda dan jiwa time bekerja kat celcom dulu

tu ler pasal...

memang tak berbaloi wehhhhhh... kalo spend 8 jam sehari, 5 hari seminggu, 4 minggu sebulan... pi opis semata mata utk mendera perasaan ... memang tak dok quality langsung dalam hidup...

pasal xdengar pon..silap2 dia mute suara....pastu bajek2 dah lame sket dia tnye laa

kalo marah kaunter dpn....besh sket laa...leh tgk muke sekali
