apply kat vads...agent dia kelly services atau career excel..

senang dpt keje..tp interview bukan main lama..dr pg smpi ptg..
meliputi typing skill, call handling skill, simple troubleshooting, mock call, etc etc..

bagus utk org yg mmg suke keje ni..mmg masyukkkkk

pernah keje as CSO ni untuk 2 company singapore n cust yg call tu mmg s'porean/foreigner yg stay kat s'pore..
1) syarikat telco dorg
2) CSO bank.

selalunye contract dulu bawah agent setahun (cth: adecco @ kelly services)...ada yg 6 bulan, pastu bila performance ok akan diserap terus masuk company tersebut...
tapi job cam ni tak selalu tahan lama... sbb tu staff CSO ni ramai yg muda2 ngan bujang lagi..
untuk amik pengalaman deal ngan customer ok lah... membina tahap kesabaran korang...tahan ngan maki hamun cust..pastu perbualan semuanya direkod. silap kit , nahas lah... customer always right..
hehehehe..pandangan aku je... sbb la ni pun aku dah ade kerjaya yg terjamin dah... CSO ni dah jadi kenangan dah..

setahu aku la kan... cth kat TM... kalo under agent, dikire leasing contract... ade tempoh perkhidmatan.. so peratus gaji sket agent amek.. kalo direct ngn TM, br dikire contract betul... rasenye la..

leasing contract le tu dulu..,hahahah..aku pun tak tau..sbb dulu masa aku keje memula bwh kelly..pastu bila cukup probition period HR company bagi surat untuk jd staff tetap.. tapi on the same day aku antar surat resign sbb dapat kerja yg lagi elok utk masa depan...

Hmmmmmm....customer services yek....pengalaman aku mmg terlampau byk...udah lebey 12 tahun keje dalam bidang ni....berdikit2 dr bawah sampailah sekarang ni....alhamdulillah...rezeki keje dlm bidang ni...

Biasalah kan...deal dengan customer mmg la cam gitu....nak sentiasa dapat layanan ok dr customer jangan harap la kan......dalam sehari mmg konpom arrr ada customer yg giler asik nak memaki hamun jer.............walhal takder la besar mana sgt komplen tu...

    simple troubleshooting and mock call tu apa? aku taktau. typing skill ngan call handling skill aku tau la. interview dia ramai2 ke camne. cube cite sikit. aku berminat niiiii. and keje dia memang takde jumpa customer face to face kan? kalau ada aku takmau la. klu thru phonecall lantak la nak kena maki ke apa. abis tang situ je.

xjumpe customer...tp kalo silap sket 300 melayang...ala2 kpi cmtu


mmg ade yg ckp seronok keje angkat call je senang xyah tgk muker....

tapi kalo dah dekat 1000 call sehari...kalo 5% asik nk meroyan jer...harus dgn aku2 sekali meroyan huhuhuhu:@



my advice kalo xtry mmg xtau...just take experience....sebab tu lari from keje bank to call center....just amek pengalaman laa

setelah dipikir2 cam xmampoo nk keje cmni...so let go je laa....skrg still gak keje related call tp office hour...gaji pon lebey kurang je laa....cume kat sane kena berkorban byk laa...especially cuti...cm x bersesuaian je i ni nk keje public holiday...so let go je laa

nnti g training...dorg akan ajar ko...how to handle cust sume....ape yg leh ko apply in received call...dont worry xde dia biarkn ko akan call sorg2...around 2 week ko bwh mentor after 2 week ade Team leader handle ko...

mmg handle call tp kalo cust jenis merapu meraban...ko kena wat case utk dia...
seingat aku..selagi x settle...selagi tu la ko kena liable kes dia...leh xtido mlm pk kes org tuh...:cf:
contoh2 kes merapu yg aku dpt dulu2.....kes birthday bonus xdpt...kes BBM register kol 11.59pm...broadband daily 2 kali chrge...kredit ilang sbb dpt sms 3xxxx...banyak lg laa...kang ko xlarat nk dgr huhuhu

xper ko try je...kalo nk aku tlg submit ko direct kt agency pon boleh...sbb ade kenal someone kt agency tuh

   rm300 tuh performance bonus ko monthly....tp bkn senang nk dpt laa...ade la kriteria2 nyer....nnti dorg bgtau la sume...
interview biasa2 je...1st interview ramai2 tgk gak kdg2 smpi 10 org sekali interview

pastu kalo ok g training dlm 3 minggu b4 nek floor....sume dia ajar ko...siap kena amek test lg...kalo fail mmg bye2

pas nek floor as aku bgtau td 2 week under mentor after that under team leader...

pas under team leader,ko kena jaga xleh call sket sgt....xleh ckp lame sgt..kena jaga talk time...

pendek kata nnti sume dia ajar kt ko...

pas renewed contract ko kena jd universal lak...maksud aku kalo dulu bljr about prepaid kena belajar postpaid lak

begitulah seadanya
