Iols selalu buat kick boxing and swimming..cycling ikut mood

Last year i consume 1 vit C ni tapi berat naik 3kg in 1 week chuols. Terus stop sebab takut badan kena pump pump macam member iols..dari 50kg zapp naik 65kg sampai orang ingat pregnant

Btw 1 tips lagi yang ni best kulit mulus, badan sihat, bmi cantik.. Cuma kena keluar duit sikit la. Uols google medicspa,hydrotherapy.. Pegi buat benda ni mesti uols suka

i ada kemusykilan... baru seminggu pakai krim utk sapu di perut untuk kurangkan buncit... tpi apasal mcm makin naik je perut ni..huhuhu

jom kita mula sikit2

i mula2 dlu dgn exercise app kt playstore je. 30 days challenge ke hape nama dia

pastu i track kalori. guna app gak myfitnesspal

pastu mula berjinak2 dgn zumba. mula dgn 3 lagu. nampak x mlsnya iols?

sekarang tgh cuba reduce carbs, sugar n minum air masak je.

doakan i istiqomah ye. nak turun 15kg ni

nak Tanya, ok ke kalau lebih2 sgt exercise?

cth : spend time kat gym 3 - 4 jam selang sehari. semua mesin pon guna. tapi puas, berpeluh tak ingat.

banyak lemak nk kene buang lagi ni

Haha sori sepertiitu..iols baru login..seru2 nama iols ye u.. Muah

Sejujurnye i cakap.. Elok 5hari seminggu, or 6hari seminggu training/workout.. Kalau betul nak effective..1day rest.. Depends on type of workout juga..

Ada trainee i jenis nak dtg 2hari je seminggu sbb xde masa.. Tp nak turun 10kg dlm masa sebulan.. Kalau PT yg $..iye kan je.. Tp i akan terus terang.. U train kurang, u makan out.. In ur dream je turun byk tu..

I share contoh workout i..

Like mine (i prefer strength)
Monday: chest day
Tues: shoulder
Wed : back
Thu: triceps
Frid: leg
Sat: biceps
Sun: rest + cheat day

Itu sblh petang/mlm.. But each morning i byk train crossfit..kemudian siang hari keje..

Bukan kata i hardcore ke apa tp train mcm tu baru bg impak kt i.. I try zumba, aerobik dancing2 tp xmenjadi dgn i

P/s jadikan excersie 1 aktiviti harian dlm hidup..mcm aktiviti makan gitu.. Kalau just aim nak kurus, nak turun berat, or nak kawin.. Chances, lepas uols dpt target tu, uols pun berenti.. Mcm iols juga..hahahaha

i pun lagi prefer gym sebenarnye tapi sebab kawan lebih prefer badminton, jogging (yg ni i okay) tu semua, mood i kadang2 jadi tak okay. means kadang i malas nak join. now, i tengah nak cari personal trainer pompuan, koser nak layan kawan i sorang tu, cerewet sangat. nak main badminton time takde laki, nak jogging kalau boleh jauh dari laki and kalau boleh nak taman khas untuk pompuan sajork, nak gi gym pun taknak sebab campur ngan laki. bile i bagi list gym yg sediakan ruang pompuan, merungut mahal lah hape lah, naik rimas i

Dont worry uols.. G je gym.. Xde nye lelaki nak pandang2. Sbb yg pegi situ nak elokkan diri masing2.. Jgn memain lelaki, kalau start workout, xtgk dh org lain..tgk diri sendiri je kt cermin..Kalau nak cuci mata baik g club kan.. As long as kita yg ladies ni pakai proper xde cikci mekci, inshaAllah xperlu risau.. Niat nak sihat tu je.

thats what i told her. laki pegi gym tak kesah orang dah, takdenya nak scan kau atas bawah sebab dulu mmg i kaki gym. di akui ade jugak lah sorang dua dari ramai ramai tu asyik pandang pandang body i tapi kalau tak layan, diorang pun akan buat bodoh jugak kan. sebab tu i sound kawan i haritu, sebab dia cakap jgn exercise depan laki, i pun terus cakap, bukannya kau gi goyang t*t*k kau depan laki sampai naik nafsu laki tu

Jom kita start dari skarang...kaka start p gym..bukan gym yang gah. Tapi gym bawah apartment. Bila dah namanya free, memang tak banyak alatan la. Tapi kaka guna je mana yang ada. Ada yg pusing2 pinggang tu, yang cycling..treadmill ada, unfortunately dah rosak pulak. Yang biasa dok guna, cross trainer. Mula2 nk buat selama 5 minit, nk burn 4 kalori pun termengah2..surrender. Pasal rasa peha ni krem yang amat. Putus nafas..segala bagai dok rasa..

Lps tu, 3 kali seminggu kaka usahakan pergi. Last monday, dah boleh teruskan 15 mnt non stop..burn 30 calories..around 2 km...today plan dgn anak2 nk p lagi. Nak buat 3 km pulak..harap2 berjaya la....ada la jugak berzumba sekali sekala. Tapi geram sbb tv nk kena kongsi dengan budak kecik. Menagis pegang peha nk tengok thomas.... Seb baik gym kt bawah rumah tu seperate lelaki n pompuan...boleh p dengan aman...

Tapi satu je yang pelik, hari tu adik ipar ada bagi baju dia yang dia dah tak muat. Ada satu baju tu kaka tak muat kat bahagian lengan. Tapi Ahad lepas, try pakai...alhamdulillah dah boleh muat lengan tu. Seluar jeans yang ketat kat peha pun dah boleh masuk. Tapi bila timbang, tak de pulak nampak penurunannya di situ....whyyyyyy...whyyyyy...???
