HR Executive
(Melaka - Melaka)

Responsibilities:

    * Compensation & Benefits
    * Carry out market remuneration surveys and conduct competitive benchmarking and analysis of compensation and benefits practices.
    * Support HR Manager in reviewing, designing, and implementing compensation and benefits policies and programs that contributes positively to the business value proposition by successfully attracting talents and retaining talents.
    * Participate in internal and external remuneration surveys, benchmarking or projects
    * To be aware of and research changes in laws and new benefit trends, alert management to possible impact and the need for change so that the organization can continue to attract talent and maintain a professional work force.
    * Provide training and communication in areas pertaining to compensation and benefits, policies and procedures.

    * OR

    * Disciplinary
    * Manage employee/industrial relation matters, grievances and disciplinary process
    * To handle compensation and benefits benchmarking
    * Assist in other aspects of human resources activities including recruitment, implementation of HR policies, procedures and initiatives
    * Update and maintain employee records in the HR system and employee personal file
    * To upkeep and monitor overall office administration

    * OR

    * Recruitment
    * To work with respective Operations Executives and / or Head of Department in planning ahead staffing requirements to ensure that staff strength is kept to an optimal level to deliver targeted business results
    * Coordinate recruitment and employment activities such as manpower and recruitment planning, and prepare relevant documentation on staff recruitment & employment activities to fulfill manpower requirements.
    * To conduct interview and selection for Junior and Executive Officers.
    * To conduct resignation interviews for Junior and Executive Officers, to analyze attrition trend to prepare relevant reports to all relevant parties.
    * Interview all applicants during 1st interview process and/or 2nd interview with HR/Training Manager and respective Operations Executives during the selection process.

Requirements:

    * Diploma or Degree in Human Resource / Business Administration
    * Knowledge in Malaysia Labour Law, Employment Act, Industrial Relations and prevailing HR practices will be an advantage
    * Good working knowledge in computer software (i.e. MS Office).
    * Sense of responsibility and integrity and able to handle confidential matters
    * Good interpersonal and communication skills with all levels in the organization
    * Result oriented, resourceful and able to work with minimum supervision
    * Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

Nak tanye kepada sesiapa yang tau ada keje kosong kat area2 melaka ke. Tak kesah ah gaji dlm RM800-900 ke. Skang dok kat kl, dah tak tahan sgt kos hidup kat kl ni. So plan nak balik kampung je.
