This morning, the ahpek and nyonya at my kopitiam started talking about the market....it's been a while, they even give me tips, buy sumatec lar, awc lar....so ithink it is a good sign!
yesterday, the tape reading thing that you called bore some fruit (and steak at chilli's), bought some avenue, solely based on near perfect selling absorption and the quantum involved (hear no evil, see no evil), went for meeting for whole day, came back...and walllaaa....sikit lagi limit up. Came back baru baca paper and saw all the huu haaa about the company...and still watching fbo, this is one solid counter.
on second thought...too many events happening at the moment...U.S. and neighboring looks bad, then the earthquake,.....but then again,...election drawing near, sure need money one....aiseh...now sudah worry, quite a hefty position left over the weekend... |

Hmmm.... definitely a good sign that the market already attract the sleepers. But as market was heavy on consolidate with wide High-Low range on Friday, I really can't see where the direction next week...
However, I still don't see any reason to liquidify last week, so like you, I am still holding all my positions... sigh! |

Friday 26/9 shows a fierce tussle between the bull and the bear, with no sight of definite winner. I think, KLSE players are getting cautious as the memory from last week抯 Monday/Tuesday decline still stings. While more new buyers coming into the market, those players took profit and went home enjoying good weekend. I wish I was one of them... 
I think, a lack of news will be enough to encourage the market to resume its bullish direction. Otherwise, a smaller range for NI between High and Low with Close at around 2.24~2.26, and Volume not significantly reduced on this week抯 Monday & Tuesday trade would be a good sign towards the end of next week.
Keep a close watch on those stoploss again as market consolidating...

Signs of decline seem to get stronger. The only positive sign is that the volume is getting smaller as prices eroded, which means that the public are holding their stocks. Make careful decision at this junction.
My play will be, for a couple of counters that has surpassed their profit targets, I'll sell during the first 30 minutes of opening bell. The rest, I'll tigthen their stoplosses by one point and sell immediately if touched...
Another point that make my decision easier was that few counters in my watchlist have actually declined since a couple of days back. Meaning, if I'm all cash anytime soon, those counters will be the next buying targets if the market decide to be bullish in the immediate term...
